Overall information Side events will be held in the rooms TRAM, METRO and RAIL at the Ministry of Transport and in Salon KÖNIG at the Hotel Maritim. The Ministry of Transport also hosts offices for the ENGO and BINGO constituencies, located on the ground floor. Exhibits are located in the foyer and the corridor between Saal Maritim and Saal Beethoven on the ground floor of the Hotel Maritim. Please consult the floor plans on page 17�19 for the exact locations. Presenters and other participants at side events and/or exhibits must be registered through a Party or an admitted observer organization and in possession of a badge in order to access the conference venue. For details on individual meetings, venues and other activities please consult the web schedule, the Daily Programme, the CCTV monitors and the notice boards throughout the venue. The Daily Programme is available at the Documents Counter, in the foyer of the Hotel Maritim and on the UNFCCC website <www.unfccc.int>.
