INAMSC 2014 SPECIAL REGULATIONS

CHAPTER I

Introduction

1. INAMSC is the abbreviation of an annual scientific event named Indonesia International

(bio)Medical Students’ Congress.

2. INAMSC includes two program catagories; Competition programs are Research Paper and Poster

Competition, and Review Article Competition.

3. Non-competition programs are Symposium and Workshop, Jakarta Conference, and Social

Programs.

4. These regulations have the purpose to discuss and explain about INAMSC participation.

5. INAMSC 2014 will be held on 2014 April 28th – May 3rd.

6. Participating INAMSC 2014 means participants and delegates have approved to imply all the general

regulations of Liga Medika 2014 and special regulations of INAMSC 2014.

7. Any violation of general regulations of Liga Medika 2014 and special regulations of INAMSC 2014

may attain sanctions that explained on the next point.

8. All forms for cheating and plagiarism in this event will be charged sanctions in the form of

disqualification.

CHAPTER II

Participant and Delegate

1. Participants and delegates of INAMSC 2014 are students from biomedical faculty

2. Participants divided into active and passive participant

a. Active participants are those who passed through preliminary round and join both INAMSC

2014 competition and non-competition programs

b. Passive participants are those who only join in non-competition programs of INAMSC 2014

3. Delegates are whether individual or team that represent their institution in Jakarta Conference 2014

CHAPTER III

Registration

1. Participants have to send the prerequisites needed for online registration in soft copies, including:

a. Kartu Tanda Mahasiswa (KTM) or University-endorsed Student’s Identity Card, and Kartu

Tanda Penduduk (KTP) or National Citizen Identity Card for Indonesia citizen or passport

for those with non-Indonesian citizenship.

b. Statement of Clearance, written and signed by the head of faculty stating that the participant

is currently undergoing academic activities in the respective university.

c. Payment receipt

2. Payment and submission of online registration prerequisites have to be made by April 7th

2014 at

11:59 PM (GMT +7)

3. Participants have to submit their travel plan by April 14th

2014 at 11:59 PM (GMT +7). If the

submission is done after the deadline, 2014 INAMSC committee will not be responsible for the

management of transportation on their departure and arrival time.

4. Each participant must reregister themselves on April 28th

2014.

5. Each participant have to bring along some itineraries in order to complete their registration, which

are:

a. Three copies of 4 x 6 full color picture

b. The original document of University-endorsed Student’s Identity Card (Kartu Tanda

Mahasiswa or KTM)

c. The original document of National Citizen Identity Card (Kartu Tanda Penduduk or KTP) for

Indonesia citizens or passport for non-Indonesia citizens

d. One copy of University-endorsed Student Identity Card and one copy of National Citizen

Identity Card or passport.

e. Statement of Clearance, written and signed by the head of faculty stating that the participant

is currently undergoing academic activities in the respective university.

f. Original and 1 (one) copy of payment receipt

6. 2014 INAMSC committee will not receive any changes on team members or papers after they are

submitted.

7. Participants who have made the payment but have not yet completed the registration will be

considered as their withdrawal from the competition and will not get any refund of their registration

fees.

CHAPTER IV

Paper Submission and Enlistment

1. Submission for Review Article Competition and Research Paper and Poster Competition has been

opened since November 21st 2013 at 09.00 pm (GMT+7) and will be closed on February 1

st 2014 at

11.59 pm (GMT+7).

2. Registration and paper submission available online via www.liga-medika.com website. Every

applicant must complete their attachment list based on Clause 1 of Chapter III

3. Registration fee for participant of INAMSC 2014 are the following :

a. Accomodation fee for foreigner participant : 250 USD

b. Accomodation fee for Indonesian participant : 1.500.000 IDR

4. Payment confirmation of registration fee will be sent to participant within 3x24 hours after sending

their payment receipt appropriately based on Clause 1 of Chapter III.

5. Candidate of participant will be officially listed as INAMSC 2014 participant after completing

registration prerequisites, paid the registration fee, and got confirmation e-mail from our committees.

6. Maximum review article submitted by each team are 3 articles. Each team consist of 1-3 participants.

7. Maximum Research Paper and Poster submitted by each team are 3 abstracts. Each team may only

consist of 1-3 participants/representations.

CHAPTER V

Closing

1. These special regulations of INAMSC 2014 are not contrary to the general regulations of Liga

Medika 2014.

2. Regulations that have not written yet into these special regulations will be appointed later based on

the meetings of committees afterwards.
