Job Description

Manage record of more than 130,000 active members in physical files and software’s.

Operate Plot Management System (PMS) software which is used to keep record of DHA owned projects. The software is used to keep record of more than 40,000 plots of DHA Ph. I to Ph. III.

Maintenance of record in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software which is used for Joint Venture projects with different renowned companies. Maintaining multiple projects in CRM which maintains a record of more than 90,000 residential and commercial plots.

Incharge of overall record of DHA projects.

Transfer / Approval / Routing of plots, Conversion / Verification of Certificates, preparation of Allotment Letters and keep the record update.

Overseeing and manage administrative functions of staff on routine matters.
