Maulid Nabi Muhammad Sholallohu ‘Alaihi Wassalam Tahun 1438 Hijriyah dilaksanakan oleh segenap civitas akademika Ananda Islamic School, mulai dari Jenjang Nursery, Kindergarten, Primary dan Secondary, tentunya dengan konsep acara yang berbeda antara peserta didik pre-school dengan peserta didik pada level di atasnya. Peserta didik Primary dan Secondary melaksanakan peringatan maulid pada Hari Jum’at, Tanggal 20 Januari 2017. Tema “Gebyar Senandung Cinta Rosul” yang digadangkan menyajikan penampilan sholawat dari peserta didik Primary dan Tamu Undangan, yakni Tim Hadroh Fajrul Islam, serta kolaborasi antara keduanya.

Selain itu, pada kegiatan maulid tersebut, terdapat penampilan apik dari Mrs. Ika dengan biolanya, yang berkolaborasi dengan Mrs. Zuzu dalam membawakan sholawat. Hal ini semakin menambar Gebyar Senandung Cinta Rosul melalui lantunan sholawat, sesuai dengan temanya. Pada kesempatan tersebut, turut dihadiri pula oleh KH. Nur Muhammad Iskandar, S. Q, pimpinan Pondok Pesantren Ash-Shidiqieyah, mengingat beliau adalah salah satu wali murid. Pimpinan Yayasan Ananda Dionita yang juga turut hadir meminta kepada beliau untuk menutup kegiatan dengan memberikan sedikit tausiyah singkat dan do’a. Semoga Allah SWT memberkahi kita semua. Aamiin. Professional Development

In the end of the second

term in 2016/ 2017, as usual Ananda

Islamic School conducts a

Professional Development (PD) for

all staffs and teachers. If at the

previous PD our school invited a

presenter from other instances or

chose some teachers as the

presenters, this PD was presented by

Mr. Murdiyono Abdul Lathief, SE. Ak.

As The Ananda Dionita’s Board of

Director. It was a pride and

honorary for all of staffs and

teachers, because could getting

acquainted with him as the leader.

That agenda was conducted after

the report distribution and all of

the teaching and learning activity

was finished, so the students’

activities were not intruded. During

the agenda in three days, 19th till

21st December 2016, all of the staffs

and teachers had gotten many

knowledge, information, and time for

preparing for the next term. So,

after holiday every staffs and

teachers could get their activities

better and more refresh full with

the good preparation.

At the first day, Professional

development was opened by Mr.

Murdiyono Abdul Lathief, SE. Ak and

directly presented the first

material about Professionalism,

managerial and leadership. Every

teachers and staffs were full-active

at the agenda. Mr. Murdiyono said

that all of the AIS elements have to

work based on their own job

descriptions, professionally, and

also must keep the synergy with the

manager and principals in each level

to achieve the vision, missions and

goals likes a big ship that want to

have a voyage, every person inside

must coordinate each other.

The second day, all of the

staffs and teachers joined a fun

games that be guided by Mr. Edo

Kurniawan, S. Pd. as the PE teacher.

That activity was not only to

refresh our body and mind but also

for tighten all staffs and teachers

silaturrahim because all of the

games were coordinative games that

have a specific purpose. The third

day was closed by Mr. Murdiyono with

an awesome presentation. (HU)

Report Distribution

The odd semester

in academic year 2016/

2017 have already

passed. After six

months, AIS students

(Pre-school, primary

and secondary) would

get their own learning

result. Learning at AIS

is not only focus on

cognitive value, but

also Islamic behavior

and character.

Students’ life skills

are also given to

support the student’s

life in the future in a

lot of extra-curricular

activities. All of the

items were reported by

the teacher to the

parents. In the report

distribution meeting,

the students were

allowed to join and

heard their result and

advice in front of

their parents. So, the

main purpose would

delivered accurately.

During the report

distribution which held

for two days, the first

day was for nursery and

kindergarten and the

second day was for

primary and secondary,

there were many

parents who wanted to

communicate their

children progress or

their children problem

in the grow and develop

in a physical,

psychological, learning

and friendship to the

teacher. Because of the

parents’ rat race,

they could not guide

their children all

days, so they entrusted

their children to the

teacher as the second

parents, at least at

school. That was a big

responsibility for all

teachers to serve. So,

all teacher and parents

have to keep their good

communication.

That momentum also

became the reflection

of the quality in

teaching and learning.

Good students without a

good teacher will get

nothing. Good teacher

without a good student

also will get nothing.

Both of them are

closely-related each

other. There were a lot

of students who had

progress significantly,

but there were a lot of

students who did not

improve in academic.

All of them should be

discussed with the

teacher at school, and

the report distribution

was the appropriate

time for communicate

everything about our

children progress to

get better in the next

term not only in

academic but also in

the children behavior

and character. (HU)

change the world

better by enrich

the students with

love and

knowledge and

teacher is the

agent of change.

If we learn from history, we

know that after Japan was dropped

by a nuclear by U. S. in the Second

World War, Hirohitho Emperor (the

Japan leader at the time) did not

ask how many amount of loss do

they got. The emperor asked about

teacher. How many teacher who still

alive? He realized that only

education that can encourage the

spirit of life, only education that

has a big power for changing the

world. And teacher is the agent for

conduct all of the mission for

reconstruct everything started from

the beginning, because only teacher

who is able to do it.

Ananda Islamic School have

tens teachers who dedicate their

selves to teach students. For honor

the loyalty, AIS held the

commemoration of teacher’s day

with series of activity started with

the flag ceremony that conducted

by teachers and continued by the

celebration with some performances

from students and teachers. (HU)

LOMBA DOKTER CILIK 2016

Lomba dokter cilik 2016 diselenggarakan oleh Rumah Sakit Ciputra dalam rangka ulang tahun

perdananya. Itikad untuk memberikan pemahaman pentingnya hidup sehat di sekolah bagi

segenap warga sekolah menjadikan kegiatan pembinaan dan perlombaan ini diselenggarakan.

Peserta lomba berasal dari sekolah-sekolah di wilayah Jakarta Barat untuk jenjang sekolah

dasar. Ananda Islamic School menetapkan lima orang delegasinya untuk mengiukuti lomba ini,

yakni Ariel, Bayu, dan Fafa dari kelas 4 serta Aulia dan Talita dari kelas 3. Kelimanya

mendapatkan pelatihan dari dokter Rumah Sakit Ciputra sebelum mengikuti perlombaan dan

mereka mengikutinya dengan senang dan antusias.

STUDENT’S PROJECT EXHIBITION

Open Day 2016 at Ananda Islamic School was held at 26th

November 2016. That year, open day was conducted with

different concept. Open Day 2016 was conducted by

collaboration of all teachers from all level from pre-school,

primary and secondary. There are two main agenda, those

are (1) Parenting Seminar and (2) Students’ Projects

Exhibition. In Addition, Open Day 2016 is also supported by

some sponsors. The main sponsors are two government

banks, Mandiri Bank and BNI Bank. There are seventeen

other sponsors that have a chance to show and offer their

products at the moment. The parenting seminar is delivered

by Kak Acun. Kak Acun is an educator and concern in

parenting guidance. The participants of the seminar came

from many elements, such as college students, teachers,

parents, etc. The responses from the participants is very

awesome, they hoped there will be the next seminar at

Ananda Islamic School in the future. They appreciate the

event and feel very proud to join in the agenda. (HU)

Student’s Project Exhibition is a kind

of expo that shows the student’s

project from many level and subjects.

Commonly the exhibition is held in a

group. When the Open day was held

the student’s project exhibition

became the main activity and every

attendance might to give an

assessment to the students’ groups.

The score from the attendance would

be accumulated with the written test

of practice test 2. The portion from

the exhibition is 30% and the written

test is 70%. For every students who

did not join in the expo, can show

their performance in front of the

subject teacher to get the score. But,

they will not get perfect score,

because they will lose two criteria,

that is grouping conclusion and

coordination in a team. (HU).

Meanwhile, the kindergarten students went

to Ocean Dream Samudra. They had many

activities over there like watching the

dolphin performances. The dolphin could

dance on the surface of water. All of the

audience who watch the performance were

very excited and scream proudly. The

kindergarten students learnt to love animals.

Nursery students went to

Taman Satwa Ancol for the outing in this

Semester. The students are introduced to

some animals and their habitats. They also try

to love the animals and be taught to keep their

environment for their future. They looks so

curious when the guide introduce the name

and the asked them to touch the animals.

Siswa – siswi Ananda Islamic School melaksanakan outing di awal term kedua

Tahun Pelajaran 2016/ 2017. Kali ini, para siswa-siswi Ananda Islamic School pergi

ke Taman Buah Mekarsari untuk mengikuti outing yang berkaitan dengan

pertanian. Kegiatan yang yang mereka lakukan adalah mewarnai topi caping oleh

mereka sendiri. Mereka diberikan kebebasan untuk berkarya sesuai dengan

karakter warna yang mereka inginkan. Setelah asyik berkarya tiba giliran mereka

untuk menari tarian panen padi dan dilanjutkan dengan tandur (tanam mundur)

padi dan dilanjutkan dengan memandikan kerbau serta menangkap ikan emas di

kolam. Setelah itu, para siswa diizinkan untuk mandi. Seluruh siswa dan guru

pendamping pun segera pindah lokasi menuju spot makan siang dan sholat

dzuhur. Semua aktivitas yang ada merefreshing pikiran siswa-siswi.

Outing lower level was conducted one day before the upper level and secondary level went to

Mekar Sari. The lower level students went to Kidzania. Over there the students were study and

enjoy many activities about occupation. Every student was given a chance to choose what kind

of occupation that he/ she want to.

OUTING CLASS SECONDARY LEVEL

Outing untuk jenjang secondary dilaksanakan berbarengan dengan primary upper level ke lokasi yang sama. Meskipun lokasi yang dituju sama, para siswa secondary memiliki kegiatan yang berbeda. Kegiatan yang mereka lakukan adalah kegiatan ilmiah tanam holtikultura. Para siswa secondary diajak ke laboratorium tanam untuk mendapatkan penjelasan ilmiah mengenai cocok tanam. Setelah itu mereka diberika kesempatan untuk melakukan praktik ilmiah sederhana sehingga pemahaman teoritis yang dimilikinya dapat terimplementasi dengan baik. Meskipun terkesan

formal, namun kegiatan ini terlaksana dengan santai dan menyenangkan.

Setelah itu mereka diajak bercocok tanam secara langsung ke rumah kaca. Di sini para siswa secondary dapat menikmati udara segar pepohonan.

Tak berselang lama, mereka menyudahi kegiatan tersebut, tibalah waktu makan siang dan sholat dzuhur yang dilaksanakan secara berjamaah. Setelah itu mereka diberikan waktu bebas sebelum tiba waktu pulang. Mereka memanfaatkan waktu tersebut untuk bersepeda di sekitar danau, menaiki perahu naga dan lain-lain. (HU)
