In the month of August we learned about “Open and Close”. We played with our prop box and took out different containers that open and close. We also worked on reaching for different toys and grabbing rattles. We did artwork with the color “Blue” such as a “bird”, “race car” and “The Cookie Monster”. We enjoyed greeting our friends in

the morning with our “Good Morning” song. Welcome to Room 1 Maverick, Arya, Emjay, &

Carter.

This has been a wonderful summer for our children in room 2. We were sad to see splash days come to an end, but we had so much fun making summer memories. This month we have been playing with our prop boxes

picnic basket and play food. Our theme for the month was “Open and Close”, so we have had lots of fun playing with boxes and containers of all sorts. We learned that we can open and close many things. We had a lot

of fun this month and continue to enjoy our buggy rides. Hello to our new friends Logan H. & Casey K.

Happy Birthday Ryker M. (9-22)!
