The Learning Intention for today is......To know how ebookboxes enrich a teacher’s, or team of

teachers’, existing curriculum programs by providing practical applications and personalized learning opportunities for the classroom. The Success Criteria will include........1.I will know what eBookboxes have been developed to support areas of the curriculum?2.I will understand the common thread that underpins all eBookboxes? 3.I will know how to use an eBookbox to support my curriculum delivery offline and online for my students?

1. Go to Design Space (Collaborative for VCE students)2. Click on Available Design Spaces tab3. Refine Search if you want – Title ‘ DEECD Science eBookboxes’, Space ID

number ‘116166122’ or Key word ‘ebookboxes’4. Go to the Actions button5. Click JOIN 6. After you have joined click on the title to open the space - immediate access as a member

What do I want students to learn? knowledge, skills, attitudes, concept - refer to the relevant curriculum framework and where students are up to with their learning, link to learning goals / learning plan

How do I make the learning intention clear to my students?

What will students need to demonstrate to show learning has been successful? evidence to be collectedbeginning, during, end (performances of understanding can occur throughout the learning sequence, sharing criteria with students)

How do I want them to learn?individually, pairs, teams, classonline - offline (when online - when to use a Collaborative Learning space and when to use Learning Items)

• How will I teach them? What activities will I choose to:–learn / gain new knowledge/skills–practice–apply them in new situations using higher order thinking skills–make connections to other learning–differentiate the learning to match the needs of students (different VELs level eBookboxes) –starting points of my students–different learning styles and learning needs

• What resources do I need? –digital - physical - time - human (including external support)
