Rules&regulationsforbehavior&conductofstudentintheInstitution.1. Itisduty&responsibilityofeverystudenttofollowtherules&regulationsoftheInstitutionstrictly.2. Studentshallkeephisroomneat&clean.3. Studentshallkeephisluggage,valuablesandpersonalbelongingsonlyinroomallottedtohim.4. Studentisresponsibleforthesafetyofhispersonal&valuablebelongings.Themanagementwillnotberesponsible

foranyloss.

5. Student shall take utmost carewhileusing the furniture, fixtures&electrical fittings or anyother assetsof theInstitution.Incaseofanydamagetoabovepropertiesduetoanynegligenceorwillfulactofthestudent,thecostof

suchdamagesshallbedeductedfromthesecuritydepositofthestudent.Studentisnotallowedtobringanytypeof

furnitureinsidetheInstitution.

6. Studentshallconservetheelectricityandwaterbyavoidingthewastage.Studentisnotallowedtouseanyelectricalappliances/gadgets(excludinglaptop).Studentshallswitchofflights&fansoranyotherelectricalgadgetswhilenot

intheroom.

7. Studentshallnotcookanythinginroom.8. StudentshallnotbringoreatanynonvegetarianfoodintheInstitutionpremises.9. Student shall not take any visitor inhis roomwithoutprior permission from themanager.Any female visitor is

prohibitedtovisitinroomunderanycircumstances.

10. StudentshallcarryhisidentitycardissuedbytheInstitutionandproduceasandwhenrequired.11. StudentshallmakeuseofAccessControlSystemwhilecomingin&goingoutoftheInstitutionpremises.12. Student staying overnight out of hostel or going out of hostel on any leave shall give proper information in

prescribedformatandshallfill&signtheOutstationRegisterwhilegoingout.Heshallagainsignthesamewhenhe

arrivesback.

13. Studentshallcomeinthe Institutebefore11.00pm.Theentranceshallbekeptclosedbetween11.00Pmto5.00Aminthemorning.Nostudentshallbeallowedtoenterthepremiseduringthisperiod.

14. TheInstitutionwillnotberesponsibleforanyillegalactofanystudentinsideoroutsidetheInstitutionpremises.15. Studentisnotallowedtousetheinstitutionstafforbringoutsideservantforhispersonalwork.16. Studentshallnotenteranyotherroomwithoutpermissionofoccupantstudent.17. Student shallnot createanykindofnuisance/disturbance inside the Institution campus. Student Shallmaintain

peaceful&pleasantenvironmentintheInstitution.

18. Student shall inform the manager of any mishap/ emergency/ health problem or any other serious matterimmediately.

19. Anystudentwhoissufferingfromanycontagiousdiseasehastoinformthemanagerimmediately.20. Studentshallnotorganizeanyparty,anyreligiousactivityoranyactwhich involvesgatheringofstudentswithout

permissionofthemanager.

21. Student shallnot stick anyposter, pictureorwrite any slogansor hangbannersor distribute leaflets anywherewithinthecampus.

22. Studentshallnotsmoke,drinkliquor,chewtobacco,eatpan,panmasalaorgutkaetc.anywhereinsidethecampusoftheinstitution.

23. Studentshallnotthrowanygarbageorspitanywhereinthecampus.24. Studentwhoviolatesanyrules&regulationsasmentionedaboveisliabletostrictactionincludingsuspensionfrom

theInstitution.Incaseofsuspensionofanystudent,termfeepaidbyhimshallbeforfeited.

PowersofManagement1. Themanagement can award anypunishment to any student including cancellationofhisadmission in following

circumstances:

i) Ifanyinformationgivenintheapplicationfromisfoundtobeincorrect.ii) Ifanystudentisfoundviolatingrules&regulationsframedfromtimetotimebytheInstitution.iii) Ifanystudentisfoundguiltyofindecentbehaviorwiththeadministrativestafforotherstudents.

2. TheManagercaninspectanyroomatanytimewithoutanypriorinformation.3. Allotmentofroomissolediscretionofthemanagementandnogrievanceinthisrespectshallbeentertained.4. Themanagementatitssolediscretioncanaskanystudentwhoisfoundtobeinfectedwithanycontagiousdisease

toleavetheInstitutioncampusandmaypermitanysuchstudenttocomebackonlyifmedicalcertificateoffitness

fromapracticingdoctorisproduced.

5. Normally,noapplicationfortransferofroomshallbeentertainedbythemanagement.However,themanagementatitssolediscretioncanentertainanysuchrequestforappropriatereasons.

Renewaltoanystudentcanberejectedinfollowingsituations:

1. IfC.A.articleshipofthestudentisnotinforce.2. IfstudenthasshiftedhisarticleshipoutsidetheMumbai.3. IfstudentisnotabletopassatleastonegroupofhisFinal/PCCexaminfirst2attemptsandallthegroupsinfirst3

attempts.

4. Ifarticleshipofthestudentisendingonorbeforestartingofnewterm.5. IfstudentisnotabletoclearanyduesofprevioustermpayabletotheInstitution.6. IfStudentisfoundguiltyofnotfollowingrules&regulationoftheInstitute.

7.If

renewal

form

is

incomplete

in

any

respect.

8. Ifmanagement isof theopinion thatgrantingadmission toaparticular studentcancausedamage/ injury to theInstitution.

9. Anyothercaseasmanagementmaydeemfitforrejectingtherenewalapplication.
