Marketing & Digital Coordinator LIFT has an exciting opportunity for a bright, creative and driven individual to join our small and dynamic team as our Marketing & Digital Coordinator and contribute to the success of our biennial London-wide Festival as well as the year-round programme of work. About You You will be a highly motivated individual with at least a year of experience in a communications, digital, social media or marketing role. You will love digital, content and social media, have an excellent eye for detail, brilliant organisational skills, an instinctive, collaborative approach to working and of course, a sense of humour. You will join a small, lively and creative team and report to the Head of Marketing & Digital. MainpurposeoftheroleTosupporttheHeadMarketing&Digitalandrelatedfreelancerstocreateanddelivercommunicationscampaignsacrossonandofflineplatforms,withaparticularfocusonfulfillingLIFT’semailmarketing,socialmediaandcontentdistributionstrategies.Responsibilitiesinclude:

• WorkwiththeHeadofMarketing&Digitalandothermarketingstafftodevelopandimplementeffectivemarketingcampaignsforthefestival,shows,events,coursesandotherLIFTproducts

• ManagetheemailmarketingscheduleandsendtargetedcampaignsviaDotmailer• MaintainandupdatetheLIFTwebsiteandanyothermicrositesasrequired• OverseeandcontributetotheoperationofallLIFTdigitalandsocialchannels,ensuringthatLIFT

hasanactivepresenceonallrelevantplatformsanddeliveraninnovativeandengagingcontentstrategy

• Manageanyin-houseonlineadvertisingincludingsocialmediaadsandGoogleAdWords• Workwithandsupportcreativecollaboratorsincludingphotographers,filmmakersandother

contenteditorstoensurebriefsandtimelinesaremet• Supportthedeliveryofprintandwebsitedevelopmentincludingsourcingcontent,overseeing

variousstagesofapprovalandsignoff,liaisonwithrelevantagenciesandvenuesandproofing• LiaisewithourPRagencytoensurelinesofcommunicationaremaintained• Liaisewithourvenues,producingandpresentingpartnerstoassistintheco-ordinationofthe

communicationscampaignsforshowsandevents• AttendandrepresentLIFTatvariouseventsincludingtheFestival,shows,eventsandthroughout
