The VAM Database from Kodak is the solution you have been looking for.

Never again will you have to rescan an image to adjust the final Colour, never again will you find yourself having to redo clippaths on an image that has been Colour adjusted and scaled to re-size.

Never again will you have to hunt for missing elements of a page layout file. Never again will you be faced with an incorrect version of the corrected image.

On top of that you are now able to use the World Wide Web for displaying images, for creating page layout, for ordering files for multi purposes, and for creating a perfect layout.
