In cases where significant amounts of fiber will be lost if the roll is cut, the sample shall consist of the entire roll. A. Provide access to enatlle the District Laboratory personnel to randomly select a representative roll. Randomly select roll for sampling. As directed by the District Laboratory personnel, stamp and mark each roll with the OCTO lot number. After approval of a OCTO lot of rolls. a Certificate of Delivery will accompany each shipment to the job site. If the lot is not approved, void the OCTO lot number by marking through the number. g.
