Conduct regular status meetings with all stakeholders, keeping the stakeholder’s needs and requirements continuously in view.

Work collaboratively with Rollout team and support staff to maintain thorough knowledge of product capabilities, and to ensure that all communications between stakeholders are precise.

Arrange training and align training with customer goals.

Troubleshoot technical issues when the need arises, and escalating appropriately as needed.

Maintain timelines and target dates in databases

Organize and facilitate O&M planning, daily stand up meetings, reviews, demos and other agile project related meetings.

Ensure all teams are practicing the principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility.

Facilitate productivity by ensuring that the team has tools to succeed.

Find and work to remove development and roadblocks; motivates the development team and keep them excited to move forward; protects the team from outside distractions.

Manage the team - Ensure that daily, weekly and monthly commitments are being upheld

Responsible for developing and setting acceptance criteria for new sites integration. Ensure smooth integration of new network elements into the operational network. Ensure strict adherence to policies and procedures of IHS Ensure the network is operated and maintained to company and market requirements as well as ITU. Oversee prompt management of major faults Ensure continuous monitoring of operations and performance of the network Ensure weekly reports on overall performance of the network are available Sets objectives and KPIs for the state, as well as network quality performance targets. Ensure optimization of resources. To motivate and manage individuals to perform at the highest level, especially in terms of delivery and meeting

target deadlines. Ensure the effective management of diversity among personnel in the division Continuous reduction in partial network downtime Continuous search for ways to improve the network performance

Power availability > 99.9% Planned events completion rate > 95% MTTR (Major Outages) < 2 Hours Service Affecting Trouble ticket clearance rate is at least 99% Weekly failure rate <5% Management of direct reports

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a science or telecommunications discipline, or a minimum of five years of progressive experience in a related field

Four to six years’ experience in project management, and/or related functional areas in a communication systems companies

Highly developed working knowledge of business process, including tender and sales

Strong financial knowledge/training Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and
