F1 in Schools• Based on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths). • Students utilise CAD/CAM software to design, analyse, manufacture,

test, and then race miniature compressed air powered balsa wood F1 cars.

• A way for young people such as us to use IT to learn about Physics, aerodynamics, graphics, marketing, finance and communication.

• A platform for talented young individuals to put certain skills to use and compete on a regional, national and international stage.

• The competition is ran in association with Formula One™ along with all the F1 Teams and it is supported by Bernie Ecclestone, Chief Executive of the Formula One Group.

Sponsorship• The competition promotes skills such as marketing, finance and media skills.

• Teams are expected to get sponsorships in order to manufacture the car and manage a budget for travel, accommodation and research.

• Sponsorship is a necessity for a team such as ours. We have a lot to offer but we need the funds to be able to deliver this project efficiently and precisely.

• In return for a sponsorship ranging between £50-100 we can promise to endorse your company at almost every opportunity including having your companies logo on our car, pit display, team uniform and more.
