EXCHANGE STANDARD OF INCOMING GLOBAL INTERNSHIP PROGRAM IN MoC STANDARD DESCRIPTION OPPORTUNITY Business License Each stakeholder needs to be evaluated by LC regarding it`s credibility (e.g. send the company business license copy to MC, etc.). Contracts Other than the contract between AIESEC and TN, there must be a direct contract between the TN and trainee specifying the customized terms of the particular internship. e.g. financial subsidies, accommodations, etc. Working Hours and Duration TN taker should ensure the working hours of the internship (35 hours per week at least and not less than 6 weeks as the internship duration). Supervisor/Mentor TN taker should provide one supervisor/mentor to review and guide the trainee during realization. Visa Induction TN taker will receive VISA Induction before signing the contract. JD Clarity Opportunity should include: NPS survey filling requirement. Contact of LC Quality Head and Entity Control Board. Basic Living Cost: daily expenses of food and transportation in Hosting LC, any extra expenses that will be needed from trainee`s side. As well as if any financial or non-financial compensations would be provided during the internship and the actual conditions corresponded to it. Internship report request. Visa Hosting entity should provide in written format all the information required to arrange any documents for ONLY M/F/X visa (for ex. Invitation Letter), visa consultancy will be given within 10 working days, to make sure the trainee can enter and stay in the country and perform the activities stated in the Opportunity. Documents Check Hosting entity should make sure that the trainee has the correct visa (ONLY M/F/X visa), insurance, and round-trip tickets. Hosting entity should provide abundant LC contact information (LCP, LCVP Related, TN Manager related, Buddy and Partners). Pre-Arrival Call Hosting entity is responsible for cultural shock preparation, expectation setting, NPS Survey Coaching, risk management, LEAD opportunities introduction (if any), JD and accommodation clarification, better handled by the TN Manager with a Skype call. REALIZED Arrival Pick Up Trainee will be picked up based on reception standard of each LC. The Host LC will state in the Opportunity, where the trainee will be picked up/options he/she has. Before realization the Host LC will provide written information to the trainee on any transportation required to arrive at the point of pick up. Trainee will be provided integration activities plan. Temporary Residence TN Manager/Trainee Buddy should help the trainee to get the Temporary Residence Permission in the closest police station within 24 hours. Buddy Trainee buddy is not necessarily AIESECer, but person that receive induction about AIESEC, buddy responsibilities and directly response to the LC trainee manager. Buddy will be the one, who will take care of the trainee’s adaptation into culture, invite trainee to integration activities.
