The main content has been designed to explain and describe the topics specified in the relevant section of the syllabus to the expected level. Wherever possible the content has been subdivided to give structure. Examples have been given to illustrate various ideas and principles in a variety of different workplaces. When you have finished studying an element you might use the summary to test  your recall of the detailed information contained within the element. When you have studied all of the elements in a unit you should move on to look at the Revision and Examination Guide and complete your Tutor-Assessed Assignments.
