TopicsKCKS 2010 is one in a series of well-established international conferences on Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in Education organized by the Technical Committee 3 (Educational) of IFIP. In 2010 it is part of the IFIP World Congress celebrating the Golden Jubilee of IFIP. Papers offering contributions in any aspect of ICT in relation to competencies in the knowledge society are solicited for submission to the conference.
