The iEdge S-REIT Indices are a suite of equity indices designed to capture Singapore’s Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) market segment by measuring the performance of eligible REITs listed on SGX. The suite comprises the iEdge S-REIT index – widely regarded as Singapore’s S-REIT Benchmark, and the iEdge S-REIT 20 Index – a tradable index that measures the performance of 20 most liquid REITs listed on SGX. With the defensive nature of REITs in volatile markets, the iEdge S-REIT index suite presents itself as a suite of benchmarks for a resilient portfolio with relatively stable dividend distributions. The indices cover over S$77 billion in market capitalization across the real estate sector in Singapore, and have a 12M Dividend Yield at ~6%*, boasting high visibility with the iEdge S-REIT indices broadly distributed and referenced in the market. Constructed to be tradable indices with sufficient liquidity and representation, index constituents are screened for free-float, velocity, and weighted with a 10% cap, ensuring greater portfolio diversification. The iEdge S-REIT Indices are a suite of equity indices designed to capture Singapore’s Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) market segment by measuring the performance of eligible REITs listed on SGX. The iEdge S-REIT 20 Index is the most liquid representation of the SREIT Market in Singapore. It is an adjusted free-float market capitalization weighted index that measures the performance of the largest and most tradable REITS in Singapore

FactSet Revere Business Industry Classification System (RBICS)

The Revere Business Industry Classification System (RBICS) is a comprehensive structured taxonomy that offers single sector mapping of approximately 48,000 publicly traded companies across 78 countries and 27 global indexes based on their primary lines of business. The RBICS matrix structure is twelve-by-six, consisting of 12 anchor sectors, each with five additional and increasingly detailed layers of sub-sectors. RBICS offers a high level of precision through a bottom-up approach of classifying companies first according to the products and services they sell versus mapping starting from the general top-level sectors.
