• Led an engagement to help our European-based sports marketing client expand their business into the United States, facilitating understanding of all business and technical processes required to deliver projects for their clients on their consumer engagement platform, created recommendation maps to design organizational structure for the client within the US as their company expands, including platform evaluation and execution of several of the client's projects, to understand both the capabilities and the real-world use of their system.

Internal Product Development - Spark Collaboration

• As project and product manager, delivered a completely new, fully operational software platform within 6 months that allowed clients to be onboard and able to work without assistance with only 15 minutes of onboarding.

• Spark Collaboration won the Employee Engagement award’s international category for its use by the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Society.

• Ensured a high degree of customer satisfaction, working with organizations using the platform to improve the user experience and evolve the product to better meet their needs.

J&J Worldwide Commercial Pharmaceutical, Manager Internal & Sales Force Support & Development

• Led team that developed and maintained all the Intranet, Medical Information, and Sales Force portals. This team consisted of five developers in the United States and two in India. As projects were added, additional team members were added as needed.

• Designed additional framework that reduced development timelines and supplemented the ATG portal framework’s baseline capabilities.

• Trained all new team members in ATG portal technologies, and in our additional framework. • Consolidated the custom developed portal applications across 10 portals to use a single code base

significantly reducing development and maintenance costs. • Worked with business to define solutions to improve business processes such as an account

management tool that included call plans and SWOT analysis for various sales territories, a reporting framework that gave the sales force access to data to help them identify potential sales opportunities.
