Sterile Vial Production Line

It is interlocked with automatic controls and is designed

for both aseptic filling and terminal sterilization

Main function：

This line is made up of model QCK vertical ultrasonic washing machine. Model

ASMR Sterilizing& Drying machine, Model KGF Filling and stoppering

machine, Model KZG capping machine. This line is mainly suitable for vial with

water injectable and lyophilized type. Each machine can be used singly and

can be combined with other machine. It can complete the following

procedures when it is combined with other machine: bottle-infeeding with

net belt, water spraying, ultrasonic washing, clamping bottle with

manipulator, bottle turning, flushing,air charging, preheating, drying

&sterilizing, cooling(nitrogen charging before filling), filling, (Nitrogen

charging after filling), stopper-handing, stopper-infeeding, cap-handing,

capping. This machine is character by reasonable structure, advanced design,

high automation, stable running, reliability, high efficiency and can be realized

integration of machine with electricity. The design manufacturing conforms to

GMP standard requirement.

QCK Series

Vial Washing Machine

Performance and characteristics:

This machine is vertical drum structure and adopts manipulator to clamp bottle ,turn, and jetting needle for reciprocating tracking

method and adopts ultrasonic washing, water for three times, air for three times alternative jetting flushing principle to wash bottle

one by one. This machine has not only the common advantages as the machine both at home and abroad. We have made

breakthrough in terms of production capacity, mechanical characteristics, humanization:

� lower the height of bottle-infeed net belt

� Turntable Plexiglas cover is changed from manual dismantling, three separated type into integrated endurance panel cover

electric-control mechanical automatic up-down.

� The jetting needle positioning is dynamic washing and avoid the dead angle caused by washing.

Main Function:

This machine is used for washing vial, ampoule ,oral

liquid bottle as well as glass container for

pharmaceutical use.

Performance characteristics:

This machine is the whole tunnel type structure, divided into

preheating, high temperature sterilizing, cooling three parts,

using the hot air sterilization principle of laminar vessels

sterilization and heat. In addition to The cooling section except

normal cooling and watch the cold type to choose from. The

machine is equipped with conventional tunnel chamber pressure

differential balance automatic protection and patent technology

device. This machine can according to user requirements

equipped with online sterilization (cooling section) and net belt

Main application:

Mainly used for antibiotics bottles of sterile powder drugs of partial shipments and jump the queue.

Performance characteristics:

The machine adopts servo motor control screw rotation and divide the way automatically complete stoppering,

unscramble bottle, into the bottle, repacking, Richard plug, jump the queue processes.

Performance and characteristics：

� Linear filling and stoppering machine adopts horizontal

synchronized belt, U-blocks positioning, reciprocating track

filling and rotary stoppering structure. It can complete the

following procedures automatically: bottle-handing,

bottle-infeeding, (nitrogen charging before filling), filling,

(Nitrogen charging after filling), stoppering-handing,

stoppering and the transmission device has fully-servo

type(type A is fitted with metal pump or ceramic pump)and

common mechanical type for selection(Type B is fitted with

peristaltic pump or common glass pump).

� Rotary filling &stoppering machine adopts bottle-handing disc

dial wheel to enter bottle and reciprocating tracking filing and

rotary stoppering mechanism and it can complete the

following procedures automatically: bottle-handing, bottle

infeeding(nitrogen charging before filling), filling, (nitrogen
