Behind The Motivation

Indonesia has a large area of tropical rainforests. Generally, world’s rainforests supply about 28% of world’s oxygen. Besides, rainforests are

being habitat for 45 – 75% world’s species. All researchers believe that about a half of total various plants and animals discovered on earth live in

rainforests. Orang Utan and Harimau Sumatera is now going to their each extinction because their habitat is damage due to the decrease of very large

area of tropical rainforests in Sumatera and Borneo Island. Illegal deforestation, industry, and agricultural conversion are responsible for

forests destraction. Hence, we have a wishful after these facts to protect the remaining rainforests in Indonesia.

Behind The Motivation

As an E-Commerce Studio, Dapurpixel willing to do an “action” which could give a direct impact to help and to save the remaining forests against

forests destruction issues. We created an E-commerce Theme for two platforms [Prestashop and WordPress]. It is especially being dedicated to

rainforests in Sumatera and Borneo. Rainforests and all inside inspired us on the elements design in our present E-Commerce Theme, and named it

HutanHujan. We willing to donate all purchases on april 22th 2011 to the NGOs which cope against forests destruction issues, e.g.; Walhi [local/

Indonesian NGO] , Greenpeace, etc. besides, we commit in to donate 20% of each HutanHujan Theme purchasing in a year.
