Muc 1: Cac lu y v cng tac an toan khi thi nghim h thng nhi th:

I Yu cu chung:

1 Phai c s ng y cua ngi cho phep vao lam vic(nhom trng cng tac va/hoc nhn vin vn hanh)

2 Khi tip xuc/lam vic vi cac thit bi in phai tun thu Qui trinh an toan in

3 Phai nm ro pham vi lam vic, cng vic cn lam, cac thit bi lin quan i vi h thng nhi th(MC, DCL, DT, TU, TI, C, Van an toan)

II Khi lam vic trn i tng th nghim

1 Phai kim tra cac i tng cn thi nghim a c tip ia chn chn.

2 Phai kim tra H thng tu bang iu khin va bao v(h thng tu nhi th) c tip ia chn chn.

3 Khi thao, lp cac board mach trong cac rle ky thut s oi hoi phai tip ia tay

4 Phai nm ro lgich iu khin va bao v trong s , khi cn thit c lp mach ong, ct MC, DCL, DT tranh co s thao tac nhm trong luc th nghim thit bi, h thng mach t dng.

5 i vi cac i tng thi nghim(rle ky thut s, in t) oi hoi phai oc ky hng dn vn hanh thit bi/thng s ky thut trc khi cp ngun vao thi nghim.

6 Khi th nghim thit bi a chc nng co phn gi ct lin ng(chng han 50BF) nn khoa cac chc nng gi ct lin ng(chng han khoa chc nng 50BF)

7 Khi th nghim cac thit bi co lin quan n h thng t ng(Mach AR, mach t ng iu ap di tai, mach t ng ong ngun d phong, mach t ng iu chinh Cos) nn c lp cac u ra/u vao hoc ct ngun thao tac.

8 i vi cac thit bi ky thut s co gn Pin cn phai kim tra in ap, cc tinh Pin va lp ung cc tinh cua Pin.

9 i vi cac rle ky thut s co thit k cac u vao cn phai kim tra u ni, in ap, cc tinh cac u vao trc khi cp in cho rle.

10 Trong qua trinh th nghim thit bi khng nn thit bi ngm in lin tuc qua mc cho phep(dong in, in ap)

11 i vi cac rle ky thut s(a chc nng) nn thc hin cai t theo phiu vn hanh trc khi th nghim.

12 i vi rle ky thut s(a chc nng) co s dung chc nng 50BF cn lu y n cac yu t sau:

Cai t cu hinh u ra i ct,

Cac chc nng ang s dung nhng khng cho tin hiu ct(Kem ap, qua tai).

III Khi lam vic trn thit bi th nghim

1 Thit bi thi nghim phai c ni t chc chn.

2 Phai nm bt, hiu ro va tun thu ung Hng dn vn hanh thit bi trc khi s dung thit bi thi nghim.

IV Khi lam vic vi h thng mach dong in/in ap

1 Phai am bao h thng mach dong lun kin trong khi th nghim thit bi.

2 Khi th nghim co tin hiu u vao la ap thi phai c lp mach ap t TU vao thit bi, tranh xng ngc ngun ap v phia TU va am bao khng cham chp.

Lu y: i vi cac mach ap u song song, khi c lp chu y tranh h mach(mt ap) lam rle tac ng nhm(chng han rle Kem ap, Khoang cach, Kem tng tr). Khi cn thit phai c lp mach thao tac trc khi c lp mach ap(iu nay phai uc s ng y cua ngi cho phep).

3 i vi h thng mach dong c chum chung t nhiu TI. Khi th nghim thit bi phai c lp mach dong vao thit bi tranh gy dong in th nghim vao phn t ang mang in. Tuy nhin am bao mach dong ang lam vic vn kin

4 Khi thao, u ni mach dong c chum chung nhiu TI tranh cham chp vi nhau va cham vi t.

5 Khi u ni mach dong in/ mach in ap cn phai kim tra u t 1 u.

6 Kim tra mach dong in trong luc thit bi nht th ang vn hanh, tranh/khng c dt manh dy dong gy ra vic h mach dong.

V Khi lam vic vi h thng mach DC/AC

1 i vi cac mach cp ngun DC/AC phai kim tra u ung cc tinh, gia tri in ap, th t pha(i luc phai kim tra ng vi pha), kim tra cac ngun c lp vi nhau(khng ngun nay dinh vi ngun kia).

2 Khi thao, u ni mach DC/AC phai dung ng h o in ap/but th in kim tra co/khng co in ap.

3 Khi thao, u ni mach DC/AC co in phai thc hin ung qui trinh an toan tranh ngi tip xuc vi phn t mang in.

4 Khi thao cac u dy c qui phai c lp ht tai cung cp.

5 Khi th nghim phn iu khin/tin hiu(MC, DCL, DT, Quat mat) phai am bao

Thit bi cn thao tac khng mang in cao ap/khng ong vao im co in cao ap.

Khng co bt c ngi/vt dung trn thit bi

Thit bi a c lp t hoan chinh va a c thao tac khng in it nht mt ln.

Thc hin ung lgich iu khin thit bi.

6 Khi kim tra mach bao v i vi cac thit bi trn MBA(rle hi, dong du, ap lc, nhit ) phai am bao iu kin:

MBA a c lp khoi li.

Khng co th nghim cao ap i vi MBA

Cac phia MBA a ong tip ia/tip ia lu ng chc chn

i vi cac phia MBA co tu hp b thi cac tu hp b nay phai c keo ra vi tri thi nghim

i vi cac phia co DCL iu khin in thi phai ct cac ATM ng lc cua cac DCL trn ng thi cht c khi cua cac DCL o

7 i vi cac h thng iu khin, bao v dung ngun 1 chiu qua b nn va tu nap in. Khi thao, u ni phai lu y xa tu nap nhm tranh tu phong ngc lai gy mt an toan.

8 Trong qua trinh kim tra mach iu khin/tin hiu ma cn n vic m DT thi phai am bao iu kin sau:

Phai tip ia lu ng trc khi thao tac m DT hoc

am bao rng khng con ai cng tac trong pham vi c lp(ng dy, TC, MBA, Ngn xut tuyn) hoc

am bao rng cac trng hp bt thng khng gy xut hin in ap trn cac phn t ang c lp

9 i vi cac h thng iu khin bng mt xoay chiu 3 pha cn kim tra th t pha trc khi cho chay th.

10 i vi cac tu in co t in tr sy cn phai kim tra tri s t t sy tranh phat nong gy chay thit bi trong tu.

11 Khi th nghim tu charge/c qui trong 1 s ch cn phai c lp tai ang vn hanh tranh gy qua in ap lam h hong thit bi.

II Thi nghim ring le

Thi nghim h thng nhi th co th chia ra lam 02 phn

Phn thit bi nhi th

Phn h thng mach.

1 Thi nghim thit b bao gm:

Th nghim t chnh lu (nu c).

Cc thit b bo v, iu khin trn cc t bng v ni b t

2 Thi nghim mch bao gm:

Thc hin cng vic kim tra tt c cc mch lin quan n thit b.

Kim tra cp theo bn v u ni.

Kim sot cp ng theo s nguyn l.

3 X ly s liu thi nghim:

S liu th nghim phi c cp nht vo bin bn th nghim.

nh gi cht lng thit b da trn cc tiu chun k thut ca nh ch to.

nh gi mch v thit b lm vic ng chc nng

Khi nhn c thng tin x l tn ti yu cu cc t th nghim li phn a x ly

III Th nghim tng mch :

Cng vic c tin hnh khi cng vic kim tra thit bi va kim tra mach a hoan thanh.Cac cng vic cn thc hin bao gm:

1 Tng mch mt chiu (phn iu khin v bo v)

2 Tng mach xoay chiu(phn bao v Rle)

3 X ly s liu thi nghim:

nh gi tnh logic ca cc h thng so vi bn v thit k logic.

nh gi kh nng lm vic n nh v ng n ca c h thng rle bo v v iu khin da trn bn v thit k, yu cu thit b v phiu chnh nh ca iu .

Kt qu t c ghi vo cc biu mu (bin bn tng mch mt chiu, xoay chiu)

Kt qu khng t cn phai phn tch v xc nh nguyn nhn do:

Thit k cha ng theo yu cu ca thit b.

Thit b nhi th khng ph hp.

Cha ng b gia thit bi nhi th va thit bi nht th.

Phiu chnh nh cha hp l.

Cc l do khc .

Khi nhn c thng tin x l tn ti nhm cng tc tin hnh th nghim li phn a x ly.

IV Th nghim trn ti :

Cng vic th nghim trn ti c thc hin khi cc thit b nht th c a vo vn hnh vi li.

1 Cng vic kim tra trn tai thc cht la kim tra s lam vic ung n,n inh cua cac thit bi bao v theo yu cu cua nha ch tao thit bi

2 Kim tra s lam vic ung cua h thng mach dong, mach in ap.

3 X ly s liu

Kt qu kim tra trn ti c ghi vo bin bn th nghim thit b.

Khi kt qu bt thng hoc rle bo v lm vic khng ng th cn phn tich tim ro nguyn nhn do:

Thit b khng t khi lm vic trn ti.

Thit k cha ph hp.

Li cha ng.

Tr s chnh nh khng ph hp.

Li do th nghim.

V Hon tt bin bn:

Khi kt thc cng vic thi nghim phi thu thp, ghi chp y s liu vo cc biu mu quy nh.

1 Nguyn l lm vic

Khi My ct v ct v c tch nng th :

Tip im S2 9-10(trong mch ng ) kn.

Cc tip im ph ca my ct S1.1: 11-12, ng kn.

Rle K1 khng in dn n tip im 21-22 kn

Khi khng c kh SF6 gim thp cp 2 th tip im 21-22, 31-32, 61-62 ca rle K14 kn

iu khin ti ch(Local)

Khi kha chuyn mch v tr Local th tip im 3-4, 7-8, 11-12 ca S3 kn cn cc tip im khc h ra

Lc ny nu c tn hiu dng a n Hng kp X1: 601, ng thi n kha ng S4(13-14, 43-44) dn n cun dy Y4 c in lp tc my ct thc hin chu trnh ng, ng thi lc ny l xo my ct s c tch nng.

Khi my ct ang v tr ng th tip im S1.1: 1-2 kn. Lc ny nu c tn hiu dng a n Hng kp X1: 603, ng thi n nt ct S5(13-14) dn n cun dy Y1c in lp tc my ct thc hin chu trnh ct.

Khi kha chuyn mch v tr Remote th tip im 1-2, 5-6, 9-10 ca S3 kn cn cc tip im khc h ra.

Lc ny nu c tn hiu dng a n Hng kp X1: 610 dn n cun dy Y4 c in lp tc my ct thc hin chu trnh ng, ng thi lc ny l xo my ct s c tch nng.

Khi my ct ang v tr ng th tip im S1.1: 1-2 kn. Lc ny nu c tn hiu dng a n Hng kp X1: 630 dn n cun dy Y1 c in lp tc my ct thc hin chu trnh ct(mch ct 1).

Khi my ct v tr ng th tip im S1.1: 3-4 kn. Lc ny nu c tn hiu dng a n Hng kp X1: 730 dn n cun dy Y2 c in lp tc my ct thc hin chu trnh ct(mch ct 2).

Lu : Mch ct 2 khng ph thuc vo Kha chuyn mch v tr Local/Remote

c dung ngun ti hng kp X1: 601 v 603 thng ngi ta dng mch lin ng cho php thao tc ti ch l DCL 2 u My ct phi ct, cu hng kp 601 v 603 vi nhau.

Trong mch ct 1, 2 c s dng n tip im thng kn 13-14, 15-16. Chng dng ni n rle gim st mch ct khi my ct trng thi ct.

Mch tch nng l xo:

Khi l xo cha c tch nng th tip im 1-2, 3-4 ca S2 kn dn n Mt M1 c in lm tch nng l xo my ct.

Khi l xo tch nng y th cc tip im trn s h ra dn n ct mch in vo Mt in v chu trnh tch nng kt thc.

2 Mch kha lin ng my ct

Khi c tn hiu kh SF6 gim thp ti mc Lockout th tip im P(3-4) kn lm cho cun dy rle K14 c in, dn n cc tip im 21-22, 31-32, 61-62 h ra. Lp tc lm h c mch ng cng nh mch ct 1, mch ct 2(Ka thao tc my ct khi kh SF6 gim qu thp).

Khi L xo my ct cha c tch nng th tip im 9-10 c S2 h lm h mch ng ca my ct.

3 Gii thch mch chng ng li nhiu ln(gi d):

Khi nhn vin vn hnh n kha ng my ct, lp tc my ct chuyn sang trng thi ng sau mt khong thi gian tr hon t. Ti thi im ny nu xut hin s c trn li th bo v c khi to v cho lnh ct. Trong lc my ct c ct ra nu nh nhn vin vn hnh vn cn gi tay kha ng th my ct va nhy ra li cho lnh ng li v c th tip din nhiu ln. Hin tng m t trn gi l hin tng gi d.

chng ng li nhiu ln, trong mch ngi ta lp thm rle K11. Khi n kha ng, my ct chuyn sang trng thi ng lm cho tip im S1.1: 5-6kn, lc ny nu cn gi tay kha ng th rle K11 tc ng lm cho tip im 21-22 ca K11 h, 13-14 th kn. iu ny lm h mch ng, kha khng cho my ct ng li ln sau(cho d tay kha vn gi), ng thi tip im 13-14 ca K11 lm t gi rle K11. MCH IU KHIN MY CT 3AP1

MC 110KV Lin Tr c th c ng / ct ti ch hay t xa nh kho la chn v tr iu khin S8 lp trong t MC. v tr iu khin t xa, n li c iu khin bi vic thao tc cc nt nhn ( kho ng ct ) trn bng iu khin hoc t h thng iu khin trung tm bng my tnh .

Rle trung gian K4, K48, K75 l nhng rle chng gi d.

Rle K10 gim st p lc kh SF6 ca MC. Bnh thng (kh SF6 ) rle thi gian K66 tc ng, khp tip im (15- 18) ca n tc ng n K10. Rle K10 s khp cc tip im thng h ca n thng mch cho cc qu trnh iu khin MC. Khi kh SF6 trong MC gim cp 1, tip im rle p lc B4 (11-13 ) khp -> bo tn hiu kh SF6 gim trn bng n trung tm knh B3 CB SF6 Alarm (110 KV). Nu kh SF6 gim thp cp 2, rle p lc B4 (21-23) khp tip im ngt in rle K69. Khi rle K69 tr v tip im (13-14 ) ca n m ra, gii tr rle thi gian K66. Sau mt thi gian xc nh chc chn s c kh SF6 gim cp 2, rle K10 mt in do tip im K66 (15-18) tr v lm h mch iu khin MC ng thi cnh bo trn bng n trung tm knh B4 CB SF6 Lockout (110KV ) .

S16 l tip im l xo MC .

1. Ch lm vic ti ch : Kho S8 v tr Local ( v tr II )

Bng cch n nt ng S9, cun ng Y1 c cp in qua cc tip im ph thng kn S1 ca MC, nu khi kh SF6 trong MC c cp ( rle K10 c in khp tip im 13-14 ca n ) ( MC ng ( tip im ph thng h S1 (63-64) khp li, rle chng gi d K75 c in, ngt mch ng nh vic m cc tip im thng kn ca n (61-61, 71-72, 81-82) trnh ngm cun ng .

Bng cch n nt ct S3, MC ang ng c tc ng ngt nh cun ct Y3 c cp in, lc ny iu kin kh SF6 vn phi tho mn. Cun ct Y3 c in ng thi rle K47 cng c cp in v ngt mch iu khin ng bng vic m cc tip im thng kn ca n (61-62,71-72,81-82) .

Mch ct 1 khi MC ng c gim st nh rle trung gian K2 trong khi rle gim st mch ct 741 v Mch ct 1 khi MC ct c gim st nh rle trung gian K2, K3 trong khi rle gim st mch ct 741 .

2/ Ch lm vic t xa : Kho S8 v tr Remote (v tr I )

-iu kin ca ch lm vic t xa :

+ Cc rle bo v khng tc ng ( Cc rle lockout 86T1, 86T2 khng c in khp cc tip im thng kn ca n ) .

+Lin ng an ton lm vic i vi cc Dao cch ly hai u MC ( phi ng Dao cch ly trc khi ng MC )

- ch lm vic t xa ta c th iu khin MC ti bang iu khin ca trm (ch Remote) hoc t h thng iu khin ti mt trung tm iu khin cch xa thit b (ch Surpervisory).

Khi ch Remote, vic ng MC c thc hin nh rle 52CXR, ct MC nh rle 52TXR . Khi ch Surpervisory, vic ng MC c thc hin nh rle 52CXS, ct MC nh rle 52TXS .

Hai ch ny l hon ton ging nhau ch khc v tr pht lnh iu khin MC .

Khi c lnh ng t xa (Remote hoc Surpervisory) vi cc iu kin lin ng bn ngoi c tho mn th cun ng Y1 c cp in v s lm vic ca cc b phn khc cng din ra hon ton tng t nh trng hp iu khin MC ti ch bng nt n trn MC.

Khi c lnh ct t xa, cng ging trng hp iu khin ct ti ch, cun ct Y3 c cp in, chp hnh lnh ct MC theo yu cu thao tc .

3. Trng hp ct bng bo v :

Rle bo v ct MC ( 86T1,T2 ) tc ng khp tip im thng h ca n a lnh ct n cun ct Y4 thng qua cc tip im ph ch MC ng S1 (223-224, 233-234, 243-244). ng thi cp in cho rle chng gi d K48 ngt mch iu khin ng MC.

Mch ct 2 cng c gim st trong 2 trng hp ng vi 2 trng thi MC nh rle gim st 742 vi c cu ging ht 741 .

4. S lm vic ca cc rle chng gi d :

K47 : Khi c lnh ct bng tay ti ch hoc t xa th rle K47 c cp in lm h mch ng (tip im thng kn 61-61,71-71,81-82 ca K47 h ) .

K48 : Khi c lnh ct t bo v, rle chng gi d K48 c cp in, ngt mch ng MC bng cch m cc tip im thng kn K48 ( 61-62,71-72,81-82 ) chng trng hp ng MC vo im s c .

K75 : Khi c lnh ng MC, v MC hoc ng xong hoc l xo MC khng cng (MC khng sn sng) m vn c lnh ng th rle K75 c cp in, ngt mch ng bng cch m cc tip im thng kn K75 (61-62,71-71,81-82 ) .

5.S ln thao tc MC : c m bi khi P1 lm vic theo s chuyn trng thi ca tip im ph S1 ca MC(ly tn hiu MC ng theo tip im thng h NO ca MC khp kn li)

1 Nguyn l lm vic

Khi My ct v ct v c tch nng th :

Tip im S12: 13-14(trong mch ng ) kn.

Cc tip im ph ca my ct S1: 11-12 ng kn.

Rle K1 khng in dn n tip im 21-22, 31-32 kn

Lc ny nu c tn hiu dng a n Jack A2 dn n cun dy Y9 c in lp tc my ct thc hin chu trnh ng, ng thi lc ny l xo my ct s c tch nng.

Khi my ct ang v tr ng th tip im S1: 23-24 kn.Lc ny nu c tn hiu dng a n C2 dn n cun dy Y1c in lp tc my ct thc hin chu trnh ct.

2 Gii thch mch chng ng li nhiu ln(gi d):

Khi nhn vin vn hnh n kha ng my ct, lp tc my ct chuyn sang trng thi ng sau mt khong thi gian tr hon t. Ti thi im ny nu xut hin s c trn li th bo v c khi to v cho lnh ct . Trong lc my ct c ct ra nu nh nhn vin vn hnh vn cn gi tay kha ng th my ct va nhy ra li cho lnh ng li v c th tip din nhiu ln. Hin tng m t trn gi l hin tng gi d.

chng ng li nhiu ln, trong mch ngi ta lp thm rle K1. Khi n kha ng, my ct chuyn sang trng thi ng lp tc l xo my bt u tch nng. iu ny lm cho tip im S3: 21-22 kn, lc ny nu cn gi tay kha ng th rle K1 tc ng lm cho tip im 31-32 ca K1 h, 13-14 th kn. iu ny lm h mch ng, kha khng cho my ct ng li ln sau(cho d tay kha vn gi), ng thi tip im 13-14 ca K1 lm t gi rle K1. K1 tr v v c th ng li my ct phi nh tay kha ng.

Trong bn v nguyn l cn ch ra cc tip im

S6(11-12) ni tip S7(21-22) ch th my ct b Trip. Khi c tn hiu ct gi n cun ct lm cho tip im S6(11-12) kn a tn hiu cnh bo my ct b ct bng in. Cn khi n nt ct bng tay(c kh), tip im S6 kn nhng S7 li h dn n khng cnh bo tn hiu my ct b Trip

Khi My ct v ct v c tch nng th :

2-Mch kha lin ng my ct

Khi khoa c lt sang vi tri khoa thi no se khoa vic thao tac may ct, ng thi lam cho b tip im LCS1 chuyn trang thai.

Khi lo xo may ct cha c tich nng thi tip im LS3: 1-2 h dn n khoa mach ong may ct, ng thi tip im S2: 3-4 thi kin lam cho mt c cp ngun tich nng cho lo xo.

4 Gii thch mch chng ng li nhiu ln(gi d):

Khi nhn vin vn hnh n kha ng my ct, lp tc my ct chuyn sang trng thi ng sau mt khong thi gian tr hon t. Ti thi im ny nu xut hin s c trn li th bo v c khi to v cho lnh ct. Trong lc my ct c ct ra nu nh nhn vin vn hnh vn cn gi tay kha ng th my ct va nhy ra li cho lnh ng li v c th tip din nhiu ln. Hin tng m t trn gi l hin tng gi d.

II.Din gii :

MBA 110KV Lin Tr : 110/22KV- 25MVA, c lm mt nh mt h thng 06 qut mt khng kh iu khin bi cc ng c 3 pha 380VAC.

Hai ch lm vic ca h thng l Manual (Bng tay) v Auto (T ng) c la chn nh v tr ca kha la chn 43-FAN .

ch Manual, qut mt c th c khi ng hoc dng ti ch (t iu khin qut mt MBA gn cm MBA ) hoc t xa (t iu khin trung tm trong nh). Hai nt n STOP (01 ci lp ti t MBA, 01 ci lp ti t iu khin trong nh) mc ni tip nhau cho php dng qut ti bt k v tr no khi c yu cu. Vic khi ng qut ti ch c thc hin nh nt n S02 v c duy tr lnh khi ng qat nh tip im ca rle trung gian K01. dng qut c th n nt S01 ti t MBA hoc kha STOP (52-FAN) ti t trong nh. Tng t vic iu khin chy qut ti phng iu khin c thc hin nh kha START (52 - FAN) v dng theo hai cch nh trng hp ti ch. S tc ng ca rle trung gian K01 s cp in cho khi ng t K1.

ch Auto, qut mt c th khi ng v dng nh cc ng h nhit 2 tip im tng ng vi 2 cp nhit , 1 cp dng khi ng v 1 cp dng qut. Tip im nhit cp 2 (21-24) khi ng qut nh rle trung gian K02 lm tc ng khi ng t K1 v tip im nhit cp 1 (11 - 12) dng qut. Khi nhit cha gim xung di cp 1 th mch qut mt vn c duy tr nh tip im ca rle trung gian K02 mc ni tip vi tip im nhit cp 1.

Khi khi ng t K1 c in s cp ngun lc cho cc mt qut mt. Tu theo la chn cc ptmt Q1-Q6 m cc qut c la chn s lm vic theo yu cu ca nhn vin vn hnh trm. ng thi K1 cng cho 1 tip im cnh bo tnh trng lm vic ca qut.

Cc qut mt c la chn (tnh trng sn sng lm vic ca cc qut mt) c bo nh cc tip im ph ca cc ptmt la chn qut lm vic v bo ln bng tn hiu trung tm nh rle trung gian K03.

I./ GII THIU CHUNG :

1- ng dung cua rle SPAJ 140C/141C :

Rle bao v qua dong in SPAJ 140C/141C c s dung bao v chng cac s c qua dong pha va cham t trong li ni t trc tip, li ni t qua tr khang hay li cach t.

2- M ta rle :

- Rle gm 01 mun chc nng bao v qua dong - cham t SPCJ 4D29 va mt khi chung RS 611. Khi chung nay bao gm cac mun x ly, mun cp ngun nui cho rle, mun cac terminal rle u ra, tin hiu u vao mt chiu va mun cac u vao xoay chiu dong in.

- Mt trc cua rle nh hinh ve 1.1 bn di.

- Hinh 1.1 : Mt trc cua rle SPAJ 140C/141C -

+ Khi mun RS 611 : cung cp cac thng s ky thut chinh cua rle nh dong in inh mc cua phn t qua dong pha va phn t qua dong t (1A hay 5A), tn s inh mc cua i tng c bao v (50Hz hoc 60Hz), gia tri ngun nui cung cp cho rle (80 265Vdc/Vac hoc 18 80Vdc), cac chi dn oc cac chi thi lam vic cua rle va y nghia cua cac thanh ghi trong cac ban tin s c.

+ Khi mun SPCJ 4D29 co cac en chi thi cac dong in bao v IL1, IL2, IL3, I0, chi thi h hong bn trong rle IRF, chi thi bao v tac ng TRIP, cac thng s chinh inh cua bao v rle cung nh cac nhom cngtc lp trinh SGR, SGF, SGB.

+ Man hinh c hin thi 4 ch s : 03 ch s phia phai cua man hinh (co mau vang) chi thi cac gia tri chinh inh, o lng, ghi s c va 01 ch s phia trai cua man hinh (co mau o) chi thi loai s c hay ma s cua thanh ghi. ng thi tng ng vi chi thi trn man hinh, rle co cac en mau vang chi thi cac gia tri o lng, chinh inh hay gia tri s c tng ng.

III./ NGUYN LY - CHC NNG :

1. Bao v qua dong pha :

c s dung chng cac s c qua dong 1, 2 hoc 3 pha.

+ Khi nay so sanh cac dong pha i vao rle vi cac gia tri ngng dong t trc. No gm co hai ngng t I> va I>>. Khi dong u vao cua 1 trong cac pha vt qua cac gia tri chinh inh cua ngng t tng ng I> hay I>>, ma chi thi s khi tao bao v tng ng se xut hin trn man hinh phia ngoai cung bn trai. Khi m ht b thi gian lam vic cua chc nng bao v tng ng, khi nay se cung cp cac tin hiu lam vic n cac u ra mong mun, ma chi thi s tac ng cua bao v se hin thi trn man hinh, en TRIP se sang va s giai tr cac rle u ra cung nh en TRIP c thc hin nh n phim RESET/ STEP.

Thi gian lam vic cua bao v co th c la chon c lp hay phu thuc nh cac cng tc lp trinh. S khoa chc nng bao v cua rle co th thc hin nh cac tin hiu u vao iu khin vi cac cng tc lp trinh tng ng.

2. Bao v qua dong cham t :

c s dung chng cac s c cham t xut hin vung bao v. No cung gm 2 ngng t thp va cao (Io> va Io>>) trong o ngng t thp Io> co th c la chon c tinh thi gian lam vic c lp hay phu thuc. Khi dong in u vao vt qua gia tri chinh inh cua ngng t tng ng, bao v se khi tao va trn man hinh luc nay xut hin ma s chi s khi tao cua bao v tng ng. Khi b thi gian m ht gia tri t cua no, khi nay se cung cp cac tin hiu lam vic n cac rle u ra, ma s chi thi s tac ng cua bao v se xut hin trn man hinh, en TRIP sang, va luc nay s lam vic cua cac rle u ra cung nh en TRIP c giai tr nh phim n RESET/ STEP.

3. Bao v chng may ct t chi ct :

c s dung bao v chng lai cac s c lan tran do vic khng ct c may ct khi xut hin s c trn i tng c bao v, dn n yu cu cn phai ct cac may ct xung quanh c lp im s c.

Bao v lam vic trn c s co lnh TRIP t bao v nhng sau thi gian tr k t luc phat lnh TRIP ma bao v vn khng giai tr (tr v) c thi chc nng bao v chng may ct t chi ct cua rle se lam vic xut u ra TRIP tac ng ct cac may ct lin quan.

IV./ CAC THNG S CHINH CUA RLE BAO V QUA DONG :

1- Cac thng s chinh cua bao v :

Bng vic la chon cac cngtc lp trinh SGR co th hiu lc cac chc nng bao v n cac u ra mong mun. Vi du : tin hiu dong in mt pha nao o trong s cac pha L1, L2, L3 nu vt qua ngng chinh inh t trc cua phn t bao v qua dong (tin hiu sau khi so sanh dong at mc logic 1) sau khi chay ht b thi gian tr cua no se cho mc logic 1 trc cac cngtc lp trinh SGR. By gi nu chon SGR1/2 = 1 va SGR2/1 = 1 thi tin hiu bao v qua dong tac ng se xut tng

ng n cac u ra TS2 va SS2.

V./ PHNG PHAP CHINH INH VA CAI T CU HINH:

Trong s cua mi cng tc lp trinh cho bang trn la kt qua cua cac tinh toan theo cng thc sau : 2 cng tc th i - 1 .

Vi du : trong s cua cng tc th 1 la 2 1 - 1 = 2 0 = 1;

trong s cua cng tc th 5 la 2 5 - 1 = 2 4 = 16.

Tng trong s Checksum SG* c tinh bng tng cac trong s cua cac cng tc lp trinh trn. Nh vy t mt tng trong s Checksum SG* cua mt nhom cng tc co th xac inh c trong s cua tng cng tc, trn c s o co th xac inh c cac chc nng, cu hinh lam vic ang cai t cho rle.

Phng phap nh sau :

Ly tng trong s cua nhom cng tc o chia dn cho 2 cho n khi nhn c kt qua 0 thi s d cua mi phep chia se la mc gia tri (0 hay 1) cua mi cng tc. S d cua phep chia u tin la mc gia tri cua cng tc th 1 va c th tip tuc cho n cng tc th 8.

2.2/ Gii thiu v h thng cng tc lp trinh cua khi SPCJ 4D29:

2.3/ Cach cai t :

- H thng Menu nh gii thiu mc II.

- Cch thay i thng s :

+ Nhn p chut tri vo i tng cn thay i (xem hnh v trn), trn mn hnh xut hin ca s :

+ Nhp gi tr mi vo
