STEP 1: CLIENT QUESTIONAIRE
To perfectly match candidates to roles, we need first to understand the requirements of the roles – both from functional and behavioural points of
view.The humanity client questionnaire is enabler of our unique process. Our
experience tells us that its worth investing time in this process. We look to compare the views of the Line Manager, HR, Current Incumbent and a
Subordinate and to debate and agree one accurate outcome. This gives us an accurate target against which to match the best candidates.
The Questionnaire consists of three parts – Archetype, CQ and EQ – which together determine the behavioural competencies of the “perfect”
candidate.
Position Archetype Questionnaire The purpose of these assessments is to determine the personality type requirement of the role within the
organisation/shortlisted candidates. This helps us match behavioural capabilities of potential candidates to the position more precisely.
The Consciousness Quotient Questionnaire The following statements help us to determine the levels of consciousness associated within specific positions in an organisation, and of shortlisted candidates. We derive a consciousness requirement of the roles and of
candidates to more accurately forecast which candidates match the roles best
The Emotional Quotient Questionnaire The Emotional Quotient, or EQ, describes an ability or capability to perceive, assess and manage the emotions
of others and of one’s self. The Humanity Emotional Quotient Assessment tool measures six separate areas that comprise emotional intelligence, which form the input to generate an overall EQ score for both the role and for
shortlisted candidates.

STEP 2: CONSOLIDATED JOB BLUE PRINT
Once the client completes the questionnaire, all four opinions are agreed and consolidated to create the Job Blue Print.
The job blue print describes the agreed behavioural competencies that the ideal candidate would possess. This Job Blue Print is used to match candidates
who already meet the functional competency and requirement for the role, with the behavioural requirements of the role, so that a suitable shortlist can
be presented.

STEP 3: Candidate Match
Every candidate that meets the functional requirements of a role will be matched on behavioural competencies against the Job Blue Print created by
the client.

STEP 4: Successfully matched candidates are shortlisted for interview
Once all candidates that meet the functional requirements of a job have been matched to the Job Blue Print a shortlist is drawn up and submitted to the
client along with a talent map and research report.
Only candidates that match the job requirement both functionally and behaviourally are submitted for interview.
The clients interview process will now ensue, informed by our suggested interview guides. These guides are developed to further test where a
candidate was lacking a required behavioural competency, resulting in a more informed hiring decision.
