Human Resource Marketing Coordinator (Intern) We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Marketing Coordinator to join our team as an Intern. Although there is no pay for this position, this is a great opportunity for some one who would like to gain human resource and marketing experience to overcome the challenge of gaining work experience to qualify for human resource and marketing entry level opportunities. To be successful, the Marketing Coordinator will have strong planning a nd organizational s kills, the ability to work independently and act with appropriate urgency. The Marketing Coordinator must have strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure. This role also requires the ability to work within time constraints, act with good judgment in complex situations and be able to take e ffective action in ambiguous situations. This position has frequent contact with all levels of employees, including internal and e xternal customers and partners. RESPONSIBILITIES As a Human Resource Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for: Preparing and coordinating submittals and prese ntations Contacting business prospects Maintaining business contacts database Developing marketi ng materials (brochures, invitat ions, presentations, posters, annou ncements, etc) as necessary Coordinating materials and equipment needed for presentations, speaking engagements and public meetings Participating in marketing meetings Updating and maintaining company website (projects, images and current events) Coordinating and directing efforts of both professional and sup port personnel Conducting project/client research Providing technical and creative writing Handle special projects as needed KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Bachelors Degree i n Marketing, Business, Communications, Human Resource or Journalism preferred Minimum 3 years of hands-on marketing experience in prod uction, leading and managing the proposal and interview process Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Illustrator Self-managing Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Strong skills in writing, editing and/or creative graphic layout Attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks The position is based in Passaic County.
