industry and academia. Aravind holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human
Resource Management. He is visi�ng faculty at Welingkar Ins�tute of Management, Woxsen School of Business, NMIMS
(Bangalore), Loyola Ins�tute of Business Administra�on and Chennai Business School. His teaching at MBA ins�tutes

Aravind has over 10 years of experience in corporate training with Ashok Leyland, Cognizant and Beroe Consul�ng in the
