Quick Disconnect HY/PN Actuators HP actuators are characterized by many
features to allow the easy dismount of the
actuator from the valve :
. quick opening of the actuator and splitting in the components for easier maintenance
. actuators are designed to be fail-safe and fail-close
. hydraulic actuator is recommended for use in high pressure and/or large-bore
applications
. pneumatic actuator is used for low/medium pressure and7or small bone
applications.
Wellhead Equipment & Controls
Gate valves are linear motion valves in
which a flat closure element slides into the
flow stream to provide shut-off. Gate valves
are designed to minimize pressure drop
across the valve in the fully opened position
and stop the flow of fluid completely.
Manufactured to API specification 6A, 19th
edition, PSL 1-4 Material for H2S and CO2
service in accordance with NACE MR-01-75,
latest edition.
Available in API Material Classes AA through
HH, Temp. Classification L through U. Other
end connections, size and material classes
on request.
API 6A VALVES:

The main advantage of choke valves is that
they can be designed to be totally linear in
their flow rate, HP valves may be equipped
with pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical
actuators.
Stepping actuators, both pneumatic and
hydraulic, are designed to provide precise
and incremental steps from open to close.
Continuous control actuators piston type,
both pneumatic and hydraulic, are of
extremely compact design and provide a
continuous control from open to close.
Other features for valve actuators include
over torque protection, local position
indication, and integral pushbuttons and
controls.
Travel stops or limit stops restrict linear or
rotary motion.

panels from signle-well (containing essential
functions for safety shut-in of the well-head
and download valves, dust and rain proof).
Up to multi-well panels with extended
automatic control to a number of wells from
a single location.

Chemical Injection Pumps are specially
designed and manufactured to operate with
specific fluid handling requirements. These
requirements depend on the specific fluid,
temperature, and pressure which the
injection pump will be operating.

Series “AZ-2” Pressure Sensors
The new “AZ-2” Pressure Sensor uses an
advanced spool concept, designed for long
service life of the spool seals.
This feature also allow for increased
instrument pressure flow capacity than
other common sensors with the benefit of
faster response time.
Increased flow capacity makes the “AZ-2”
Sensor suitable for use in either pneumatic
or Hydraulic instrument systems.
The Sensor may be used to detect High or
Low pressure in a safety system and
transmitting a signal to perform a specific control function.
Type “ M80-HY/R “ Hydraulic Relay
The Hydro Pneumatic type “M80-HY/R” Relay
is a normally closed block-and-bleed hydraulic
valve. Due to its balanced stem and the free
piston mechanism, the presence of pressure
at the pilot section would have no effect on
the closed position of the valve until the
handle is pulled outward for manual reset
(Pull to Open).
The Relay will stay in this position until
instrument pressure is removed or the handle
is pushed inward manually (Push to Close)
independently from the presence of pilot
pressure. Any of this two actions will return
the Relay to its normally closed position,
providing downstream pressure from the
outlet to flow to the exhaust port.
