How do I know my ticket issue request has been received? Agents will receive an automated email response from CXagents advising the issue request has been received. A detailed response will be sent within 24 hours. Alternatively, agents can check the status of their request via www.cxagents.com > Fares > Your Submitted Fare Enquiry Requests link. Urgent Departures within 24 hours Agents who have submitted a request for ticket issue and and need an urgent response because flight departure is within 24 hours can send an email to [email protected]. Subject line of the email should include CXagents Fare Quote reference, Departure Date & Time. What do I do when I receive my reply from Cathay Pacific? Responses will include details of any fare, taxes and fees that need to be collected. When agent receives these details from Cathay Pacific they should: 1. Direct Deposit the total amount to Cathay Pacific's bank account online or by visiting their bank. 2. Scan and email the online banking confirmation or branch deposit slip to [email protected] with CXagents Fare Quote Reference, CX RLOC & Passenger Name. Cathay Pacific's bank account details are: Account Name: John Swire & Sons BSB Number: 032 002 Account Number: 215554 Branch: Westpac Royal Exchange Branch Once payment is received Cathay Pacific will email the ticket to the agent. If a paper ticket is involved, Cathay Pacific will Express Post it or make the ticket available on departure at the airport.
