The end-user experience of mobile working is vital to the productivity of your people when they work away from the office. You have to make it easy (and secure) to access documents and processes remotely — so your mobile workers can get the job done from wherever they are.
Our research shows that when office workers find mobile working easy, they’re more productive — and that’s great for business. But there’s a clear divide between those mobile multiplier employees who are making the most of mobile working, and the average employee.
Mobile multiplier employees clearly see the value in mobile working.
Mobile working is only effective with the right tools in place.
“I’d be even more efficient if I could
update databasesin the field.”
“I’d prefer it if the IT department invested in the
best mobile technology, rather than desk-based devices.”
“My employer trusts me to workeffectively outside of the office.”
“I have access to an app that
connects meto all work documents and files.”
“I use at least 2GB of data a month on mobile working.”
