Your Good Traits Your Bad Traits

All the traits thatyou like about

yourself. And don’ttell me you don'thave ones. Be fair,everyone has good

traits.

Whenever someone,

especially a stranger or a

hater, tries to define you,

look at your lists and see if

it’s true or not. If yes, it

won’t hurt that much. If no,

just disregard the

comment.

4 Learn about BDD

More than 90% of girls -15 to 17- want to change at

least one aspect of their appearance.

Obese boys and girls have significantly lower self-

esteem than their peers.

More than half teenage girls are, or think they

should be, on diets.

Statistics:

BDD is a disorder that makes

people actually look in the

mirror and see an ugly person

regardless of how they look

like, even if they are

gorgeous.

Some celebrities suffer

from, at least, symptoms

of this disorder.

If you hate your looks, sometimes

think you look fine and other

times you don't think so, having

people tell you that you look fine

but you don’t believe them …etc,

then reading about this BDD thing

can be very helpful.

Usually inferiority is linked to

shame. You feel ashamed of

who you are for whatever

reason.

5 Solve anyinferiority

The root for this shame

could be something in

your childhood (most

probably)

Or it can be something that you're

doing right now (i.e. a bad habit, a

way of thinking ...etc)

At some point, you've acquired the

belief that you're less worthy than

other people.

For example, a skinny guy who had been

bullied a a kid for being weaker than his

beers might develop an inferiority

complex.

Figure out that belief which is making you to

believe that you're less worthy than other

and smash it. Sometimes it requires physical

actions (i.e. working out to not become

skinny anymore).

If your body language is strong

and expressive, you’ll end up

feeling that.....

6 Your Body Language

Keep your chin up and look

straight ahead

Pull the chest out in a

relaxed way, that will

naturally put your

shoulders in their

right place

Keep your back

straight like your life

depends on that

While standing, keep them

relaxed on your sides or put

them behind your back and

stand straight.

While moving, swing

them slowly and gently.

The Arms

Keep them shoulders-width apart.

Stand on your both legs like

they’re planted on the ground,.

Don’t swing around while standing

The Legs

When insecure....

You may label yourself as an

insecure person who had done

some great things, instead of a

confident person who feels

insecure sometime as a result of

being a human.

7 Keep a journal of the thingsthat you're proud of

When you feel proud of yourself,

write what you've done and how

you feel about yourself...

...so that when you feel insecure,

those notes remind you of how

confident you were.

Assuming that the guy who is always quiet around you, and

just gives you weird looks, hate you. (He could be shy)

E X A M P L E S :

Stop these assumptions. Many reasons that are

unrelated to you will be filtered in the process, and that

will destroy your self confidence even further.

Assuming that those guys who were sitting there talking and

looking at you were talking about how ugly and unconfident

you look like. (Maybe they're talking about how you look like

one of their friends).

8 Don't Assume Anything

As a rule of thumb.....

.....those who, no matter how great of

a day you’re having, manage to make

you feel worthless, get away from

them.

Get away from anybody who makes

you feel like there’s something

wrong with you, even if those people

are close friends or close family

members.

9 Run away fromtoxic people

Helplessness is one of the worst

enemies to your self confidence

When you feel like you can’t

solve a big life problem that

you’re facing, your self

confidence will suffer.

10 Solve your biggestlife's problems

....start working on solving them. You’ll

experience not only increased

self-confidence, but also relief,

satisfaction, happiness and improved

quality of life as well.
