INTRODUCTION

To be a leader you should know about the teamwork. You should know about the responsibilities, and you should know about Leadership.

If you work hard or you have a good technicality, That does not mean that you should be a leader.

This presentation not taking about the scope of leader, but it’s just a background about “ How you be a good leader “.

.ھذا العرض ال يتحدث عن مجال عمل رائد الفريق، ولكن عن كيف تكون مسئول جيد عن فريق

STEPS FOR GOOD LEADERSHIP

In the first time which you be a leader:-1 عندما تصبح رائد فريق ألول مرة

المعرفة و تنكر مجھود السابقين وكأنك تملك العلم وال تفرض نفسك

2- Responsibility: * Be ready to take the responsibility of your team تحمل المسئولية مع الفريق

* Avoid blame (a.k.a. throwing people under the bus) & Provide Constructive Criticismقدم النقد البناء وتجنب اللوم

* Environment in which people are so afraid to make mistakes that they don't spend enough time doing the proactive and creative work necessary to avoid future problems البيئة التي بھا أشخاص خائفون من ارتكاب األخطاء، ال يقضون وقتا كافيا للقيام بعمل إبداعي لتجنب المشاكل في المستقبل

3- Relations:Build the team with relation.العالقات مع الفريق في نواحي متعددة وليس في العمل فقط

4- Equal treatment and not to differentiate between members of the teamعدم التفريق بين أفراد الفريق ومساواة في التعامل

5- Trust your people, and let them know it. أجعلھم يشعرون بذلك وفريقك فىثق * don't makes him feel that you control him.

ال تجعله يشعر انك تقوده

6- Lead by example (Be in front). دائما في ألمقدمه، ومتابعة أي مشكلة بجميع خطواتھا حتى إنھائھا

7- Don't provide all the answers -- make your team think:ال تعطى كل اإلجابات، أعطى لفريقك فرصة للتفكير

* You are the leader. That does not mean that you have a monopoly on all of the good ideas.

عن فريق، فھذا ال يعنى انك الوحيد الذي يملك األفكار الجيدة مسؤلإذا كنت

* Do not conclude if you can search about evidence.) قصة ذيل السمكة(ال تستنتج طالما تستطيع الحصول على دليل

8- Align people with the projects they are passionate about.وضع األشخاص في األعمال التي تزيد من حماسھم

9- Push the team:Push your team (push but don't destroy) أدفع فريقك، ولكن دون أن تحطمھم

*Be fixable & Find the balance between aggressive and realistic goals.الواقعية والتوازن بين الحدة والتعامل بمرونة

You are one of the team. You are not important more than them.Consider these words with the points of the presentation, to make a success teamwork.
