Key/s

-Please take care of the house/office key. If you loose it please let us know and replace the key yourself immediately.

Be gentle when turning the key. Its an old lock so its a little tricky. To open the lock, gently insert key into key hole turn key to the left and bring it to the middle of the key hole. To lock do the same but in the opposite direction

Door

-Remember to lock the door when you leave the unit (especially when no one is in the unit) or before going to bed.

Table/s

-Keep work desks tidy before you leave the unit. Do not leave dishes on the desks over night.

-The glass table, apart from whats on the table, please make sure that the table is clear of all other things. Wipe the glass of food debris or finger prints by the end of the day.

Power Cut

-If theres power trip, theres a power box at the back of kitchen near the washing machine. If blue button is down push it back up.

Window

-Please check and close all windows when leaving the unit or before going to bed.

Sofa area

-Keep it tidy. Put things back to how you found them.

Fans

-Switch off fans when leaving the unit or before going to bed.

Computer

-Be mindful when using the work computers. There sensitive work in there. Switch computers off before leaving the unit or before going to bed.

Shoes

-This is a no shoes unit.

Kitchen

FoodBe mindful of other peoples stash. Ask before eating. If you are desperate replace the food after that.

Drinks Most of the teas in the drawer are Cynthias and they come from far away places. It is advisable to get your own teas. If you used Cynthias organic milk, please replace them with a new one.

Dishes-Do not leave your dishes in the sink or on the table overnight. Clean up after each meal. We do not want to attract cockroaches or rats!

Dustbin-When its full bring it to the rubbish collection area in the basement. Do not leave it too long until we have maggots in there. Rubbish collection area is at the basement right in front of the lifts.

Knives-Please refrain from using the red and white knives. They are made of porcelain, highly expensive and very fragile when dropped.

Cooker-Two types of cooker.1. Electric cooker switch off when not in use and clean the surface from food droppings (when it has cooled down of course!)2. Gas make sure it is turned off properly. And clean the surface after use.

Toaster-Theres a special way of operating it. Theres a note on the wall. Switch off when not in use.

Mini oven-Do leave food in there (yes someone did). Clean the tray and switch off when not in use.

Fridge-The food in the fridge are mainly Cynthias or other staff. Please respect it. If desperate, ask before eating.

-If theres a rotten food in there please throw them away. (This is when Cynthias not around). Theres a compost bin near the fridge for vegetables only. Well take it away when its full to our friends farm for composting.

Kettle-Be gentle with it. Its made of ceramic.

Plates-Please follow this simple rules : You Bend It You Mend It.

Glass/cup-As above.

Washing machines

-Do not overload the washing machine when washing your clothes.

First floor

Guest room 1

-Leave the room, as you would have found it.

Bathroom

-Keep it tidy. As it is also shared by others.

Guest room 2 (office)

-If you have to use one of the desks in the evening please leave it as you would have found it.

Cleaner

Lina (the cleaner) comes in every Wednesday and Saturday morning unless stated otherwise. She starts very early til 11am. If you want your room to be cleaned up please be aware of her timing.
