FOURTH SUNDAY AFTER EASTER

And let every man be swift to hear but slow to speak and slow to anger.

EPISTLE (James 1:17-21) Dearly beloved, Every best gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no change nor shadow of alteration. For of His own will hath He begotten us by the word of truth, that we might be some beginning of His creature. You know, my dearest brethren. And let every man be swift to hear but slow to speak and slow to anger. For the anger of man worketh not the justice of God. Wherefore, casting away all uncleanness and abundance of naughtiness, with meekness receive the ingrafterd word, which is able to save your souls.

GOSPEL (John 16:5-14) At that time Jesus said to His disciples: I go to Him that sent Me: and none of you asketh Me: Whither goest Thou? But because I have spoken these things to you, sorrow hath filled your heart. But I tell you the truth: it is expedient to you that I go: for if I go not, the Paraclete will not come to you: but if I go, I will send Him to you. And when He is come, He will convince the world of sin, and of justice and of judgment. Of sin, because they believed not in Me: and of justice, because I go to the Father, and you shall see Me no longer: and of judgment, because the prince of this world is already judged. I have yet many things to say to you; but you cannot bear them now. But when He, the Spirit of truth, is come, He will teach you all truth. For He shall not speak of Himself: but what things soever He shall hear He shall speak, and the things that are to come, He shall show you. He shall glorify Me: because He shall receive of Mine and shall show it to you.

The Month of May

The Christian custom of dedicating the month of May to the Blessed Virgin arose at the end of the 13th century. In this way, the Church was able to Christianize the secular feasts which were wont to take place at that time. In the 16th century, books appeared and fostered this devotion. The practice became especially popular among the members of the Jesuit Order, and by 1700, it took hold among their students at the Roman College. Later it was publicly practiced in the Gesu Church in Rome. From there it spread to the whole Church.

The pious practice of honoring Mary during the month of May has been especially recommended by the Popes. It was granted a partial indulgence by Pius VII in 1815 and a plenary indulgence by Pius IX in 1859. Pius XII made frequent reference to it, and in his great Encyclical, Mediator Dei, characterized it as one of the

"other exercises of piety which although not strictly belonging to the Sacred Liturgy, are nevertheless of special import and dignity, and may be considered in a certain way to be an addition to the liturgical cult: they have been approved and praised over and over again by the Apostolic See and by the Bishops" (no. 182).

The Blessed Virgin Mary is the Mother of the Church and therefore the example, as well as the guide and inspiration, of everyone who seeks to be the servant of God. In our observance of the Marian month we should take into account the season of the Liturgical Year which largely corresponds with the fifty days of Easter. Our pious exercises could emphasize Our Lady's participation in the Paschal mystery and in Pentecost, with which the Church begins. (Excerpted from Catholicculture.org)

FATHER SAFREED’S REFLECTIONS

“Pope Promotes globalization and protects pedophile priests” is the title given to an essay by Leo Zagami, a Vatican insider and former member of the Illuminati.

Zagami says:

Pope Francis’s “new” mandatory abuse reporting law for clergy announced a few days ago is amazingly hypocritical. It basically requires that the church report abuse only to itself, but that has been the problem all along.

Pope Francis is the leader of this Jesuit conspiracy that ignores the victims of pedophilia and shamelessly promotes progressive ideas that have nothing to do with Christianity demonstrating instead his position as Supreme leader of the New World Order.

Well, I don’t think it’s simply a “Jesuit conspiracy,” but the reality involves many evil and corrupt individuals who share the same goal: that of the destruction of God’s creation, ecclesial and human, replacing it with the kingdom of Satan.

What Zagami is correct about is the substitution of the Kingdom of Christ, once fought for intensely at the high point of Christendom, with a World Order that will eventually be led by Christ’s and humanity’s nemesis, the Antichrist. Antipope Bergoglio is pushing toward this goal with juggernaut speed. Francis, who spoke at a meeting of the Pontifical Academy advocated the policies of this New World Order, by decreasing national sovereignty and promoting increased unity on a global level:

When a supranational common good is clearly identified, it is necessary to have a special authority legally and concordantly constituted capable of facilitating its implementation. We think of the great contemporary challenges of climate change, new forms of slavery and peace…A shift towards globalism is necessary, he said, in order to fight climate change and other worldwide threats.

I thought this man was supposed to be stupid — obviously he sounds very intelligent about things other than the Catholic faith — his clownish behavior and rhetoric about matters properly religious is intended to showcase his hatred for all things Christian, manifesting this to anyone who is capable of understanding — those not having their “eyes wide shut.”

You’ll notice that predator priests and vile sodomite bishops are not mentioned here in Bergoglio’s conception of “supranational common good.”

The religion of Antichrist and his partner in cosmic crime, the False Prophet, will center around: Pacifism, Ecology and Ecumenism, not Jesus Christ, and certainly not the many victims of this false religion masquerading as Catholicism currently spreading like a cancer throughout the world. Francis has displayed his concern for these non-Christian, secular issues countless numbers of times, over and above thousands of molested young men and children, to which he only renders lip service. Remember the only ultimate replacement of the true Church is a false diabolical religion, an element of which is the violation of God’s innocent creation with the abomination of sodomy, as well as the destruction of the Faith. Unfortunately, in our times we see all of these things being fulfilled.
