• Everyone is looking for that perfect gift and it’s time to be their GO TO consultant!

• There are MANY ways to maximize those sales • Spice up your parties with great themes and

games • Create great ready to give gifts and holiday

displays to create excitement! • Enlist your hostesses to get into the holiday

spirit!

Holiday Themed Parties & Events

• Halloween Themed Party • Secret Santa Office Gift Party • Holiday Mystery Hostess • Santa’s Helpers • Christmas Coffee • Holiday Time at Assisted Living Centers for

Seniors • Give Back! Open House for Charity • Scentsy Buddy Drive • Great Ideas for the Holiday Parties • Ideas for increasing sales during the holidays

• October parties - turn it into a Halloween Costume Party and have all the party guests wear their favorite costume

• Encourage your guests to “dress up” as their favorite Scentsy Scent!

• Save up old Clam shells from empty bars and have a door sign decorating contest (purchase small chalkboards, paint pens, felt and glitter decorations)

• Encourage participation with your hostess – Ask her to select a party theme (i.e. super hero's, cartoon, favorite talk show host, etc…) They will then encourage the theme for their guests!

Halloween

Secret Santa Office Gift Party • A lot of workplace offices do secret Santa

parties and exchanges. • Make up a list ahead of time of all items that

we sell that are $15 and less! (i.e. room sprays, “Car Kits”)

• Attach the list to the front of the catalog and only demo those items.

• Guests are always looking for affordable gifts for their secret Santa office parties and you can help them find them!

Holiday Mystery Hostess

• Host in your own home or Ask a former hostess or friends • Make sure to have holiday themed products on hand to show • Setup Gift tables

– Ultimate Gifts – Under $30, Under $20, etc…. – Under $5 stocking stuffers (room sprays fit perfectly in mini

stockings!)

• Suggested Selling! Example: One Nightlight Combine & Save – Save $ and is Two Gifts! (one nightlight + 3 bars per gift!)

Holiday Mystery Hostess, Cont.

• Send out holiday post card invitations – On the invitation

• Everyone who attends get an entry For every $10 spent gets another entry

• For every guest that come with them gets another entry

• Drawing at the end of the event Wins all Host Rewards

• Holiday décor • Play holiday music • Festive displays!

Santa’s Helpers

• Family, Friends and Neighbors – Give all business cards & catalogs (or if possible

give them each a pouch party) – They share with all their friends, co-workers,

neighbors, etc… – Ask them to gather orders for you from their

circle of influence – Reward your Santa’s Helpers with a gift and

discount for helping you! (use host rewards and perpetual party reward!)

– You get orders and they get a discount to help complete their holiday shopping!

Christmas Coffee • Host a Christmas Coffee • Invite your other friends who have other local

companies, local services or hand crafted gifts – as space is available

• Each vendor gets a table • Each vendor contributes something toward the

refreshments (coffee, cookies, cupcakes, etc…) • Send out invitations or create an event on

Facebook • Invite all your local friends. Each participant

invites THEIR family and friends (more the merrier!)

• Gives all the attendees LOTS to chose from and one stop shopping!

Holiday Day Time – Assisted Living Centers

• Holiday Time at Assisted Living Centers for Seniors – it’s difficult for older folks to get out and do holiday shopping.

• Box up testers, catalogs and order forms and head out. They get to purchase gifts for family and friends

• BONUS! You get to Visit and brighten their day!

• Be sure to offer free gift wrapping when their orders arrive!

My Great Aunt Ann – 103 years young

Give Back! Open House for Charity

• Invite your family, friends and neighbors to attend

• Ask the organization that will benefit from this event to promote it as well! (of course be sure to ask them FIRST!)

• All commissions earned from orders will be donated to a local charitable organization.. Just in time for the holidays

Tis the Season for GIVING BACK! Many people donate to charities this time of year. Why not get their holiday shopping done AND give back at the same time!

Holiday Scentsy Buddy Drive • This is a great idea if your local law

enforcement agency does a holiday “Shop with a Cop”

• Do a Scentsy Buddy Fundraiser Drive • Raise funds to purchase Scentsy Buddies • All Commissions raised go toward

purchasing additional Buddies • Donate the Buddies to your local law

enforcement agency – They can use them to keep in their patrol

vehicles to give to children involved in any type of challenging situation

– They can provide them to the less fortunate children taking part in their “Shop with a Cop”

Great Ideas for the Holiday Parties

• MEN ONLY Holiday Shopping Party! Invite the men over to shop for gifts for their wives, girlfriends, mothers, sisters, etc.

• Holiday Baking with Children Party (Velata)

• Adopt a Neighborhood Needy Family Party! Find a neighborhood needy family (churches are great sources for this) and donate all of the freebie & 1/2 prices items that are earned during this party to the needy family!

Holiday Party Games

• Bring old testers – have an ornament decorating contest! All you need is ribbon and small decorations

• Make holiday “jewelry”

• Decorate stockings with old mini testers
