HOCHFREQUENZ-MEHRLAGEN-KERAMIK-LEITERPLATTEN
Technologie
Keramische Basiswerkstoffe weisen exzel-
lente HF-Eigenschaften (εr, tanδ), eine hohe
thermische Leitfähigkeit zur Entwärmung
der HF-Elektronik sowie eine sehr gute
thermomechanische Anpassung auf. Be-
sonders die Möglichkeit, innerhalb der
Keramik eine Umverdrahtung oder not-
wendige Widerstände und Kondensatoren
zur Signalkonditionierung einzubetten
sowie gleichzeitig in massenproduktions-
tauglichen Panelstrukturen (keramische
Wafer) zu fertigen, machen die Mehrlagen-
keramiken zur einer attraktiven Lösung.

HF MULTILAYER CERAMIC CIRCUIT BOARDS
Technology
Ceramic materials show outstanding HF
properties (εr, tanδ), high thermal conduc-
tivities for heat removal as well as a very
good thermomechanical adaption to typical
semiconductors. Especially the chance to
embed functional elements like conductor
wirings, resistors and capacitors inside the
ceramic and to manufacture in mass-
producible multiple panel substrates (ce-
ramic wafers) at the same time make the
ceramic multilayer technology to an inter-
esting alternative.
