22. Data Timeliness Report Date Published 9/17/2010

Description This report calculates the difference between the program entry date specified for the client and the date the client's application was entered into the system. For example, if program entry date is 04/04/2013 and was recorded on 04/09/2013, then the report would calculate a 5 day lag time. The report groups the number of applications by program and has seven buckets for the number of days an application has been lagging. It also has a details section that lists information regarding the specific application. The date range specified for the report gets all applications that fall within that date range based upon the client's program entry date.

Benefit Monitors that clients are enrolled within (3) business days.

Description This report displays the HMIS data quality score as well as the details of the errors in the client data for a chosen contract. The report also generates a Client Roster to validate the program enrollments.

Benefit Tracks data quality score of any program or agency to adhere to the contracted minimum (90%) and shows the client roster as well as details on each client’s data error for HUD and LAHSA required data fields.

Description This report includes the total recidivism occurrences for each person and the days for which they were able to maintain permanent housing prior to experiencing additional spells of homelessness. Each occurrence counted includes persons who have re-entered the HMIS with a “literally homeless” status at program entry within two (2) years from their placement date just so as long as this occurs within the reporting start and end dates.
