The Tsubame metal processing industry in Niigata

is world renowned, with 400 years of tradition.

The company was founded in 1912. Yukiwa, the

company’s brand name for its highest quality bar

products, is well known for its shakers, which are

beloved by bartenders around the world.

The company's mirror-shine wine glasses and

beer mugs were designed by the renowned

Ken Okuyama, the first non-Italian to design for

Ferrari; in January 2012 they were displayed at

Maison&Objet, a global design exhibition in Paris.

In addition to stainless steel, the company also

produces silverware.

of Takaoka lacquerware, and finish-coating with

Drinking vessel from MINOYAKI

Mino-yaki, a type of traditional Japanese pottery

produced in the Mino region, will be showcased in

the form of drinking vessels. Mino-yaki production

areas include Takata, Ichinokura, Oroshi, and

Mizunami, which are production centers of

traditional drinking vessels that can be used not

only for sake, but also for shochu, wine, whiskey,

beer, spirits, and other beverages.

“ 美 濃 燒”是日本美濃市生產的傳統盛器，是次展覽將會展出其酒具。傳統美濃燒酒具的主要產地有

“TAKATA”、“ICHINOKURA”、”OROSHI”、“MIZUNAMI”等。除日本酒外，美濃燒酒具還可用以享受燒酒、葡萄酒、威士忌、啤酒和烈酒等。
