Brandi Adam Mueller graduated with her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Iowa and is a Dale Carnegie graduate. She is now a Managing Director with The Overture Group, playing a leading role in creating efficient and effective work productivity. Always dedicated to getting clients exactly what they want and need, Brandi is a seasoned professional with more than a decade of executive search experience.

Successfully completing over 150 positions in the Midwest, Brandi is known for her “can

do” attitude and direct style of recruiting. She is an active member of Daybreak Rotary and is involved in the United Way. Brandi is also a 2009 Leadership of Five Seasons Alumni and a 2010 Corridor Business Journal “40 Under 40” recipient.

When Brandi isn’t focusing on making talent connections, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, cooking and eating good food and relaxing on the water.

Bob Lindeman is a Managing Director of The Overture Group. For more than 25 years, Bob was a Partner and Managing Director at the fifth largest accounting and consulting firm in the Unites States, which focused on middle market companies. Bob consulted on executive- and management-level searches, ownership and management succession plan development and transition planning, financial and strategic planning, operational and process improvement, sales force compensation, annual and long-term

incentive plans and organizational and succession planning.

Bob is a member of the Illinois CPA Society, the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants), Society for Human Resource Management, WorldatWork (American Compensation Association) and the Institute of Exit Planners. Bob also sits on two privately held company boards and on the Advisory Board of Catholic Charities in the greater Chicagoland area.

John Liacone is a Managing Director with The Overture Group. He has decades of experience providing executive search, interim staffing, human resources management and career transition services that have helped guide organizations and individuals to meet their goals and objectives.

John started his career more than 25 years ago in the financial industry as a Manager/Director of Information Technologies. John has worked in various talent management environments including corporate recruiting, consulting, contingency, executive retained search/interim staffing, career transition services and as a Human Resources Manager. Prior to co-founding The Overture Group in 2010, he was a Director with the fifth

largest accounting and consulting firm in the United States.

John earned a BS degree in Information Technology with a secondary focus on Business Law/Accounting from Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago. He has completed graduate studies in Business Administration at Dominican University in River Forest, Illinois.

John is a member of the Human Resources Management Association of Greater Chicago and the Society of Human Resource Management. He is the sponsor and founder for the CFO Transition Group in the greater Chicago area and the Career Management Committee for the Chicago Chapter of Financial Executives International.
