1. Successful performance in football requires a variety of fitness aspects. With reference to Physical, Mental, and Skill Related fitness explain the aspects of fitness you require to fulfil your role.

2. During the preparation phase it’s important to develop your physical fitness ahead of the competition phase. Explain in detail how you identified a weakness in your performance.

3. Explain how you used the Principles of Training to create an improvement programme to develop your identified weakness.

4. Describe a training session you completed to improve your performance.

5. Explain how you monitored your training programme to ensure your improvements didn’t plateau.
