Steam is a basic heating media used from the days of inception of steam engine to till date. It is 0most versatile heating media. The beauty of steam is when 1 kg of steam is converted to 100 C of
water it directly deliveres 540 kcal/kg. It has highest heat Transfer co- efficient than other heating
media.
Steam is the only heating media which flows because of its own differential pressure while other
heating media requires pump to flow
Steam is the only heating media which transfer the heat at constant temp. All other heating media
transfer the heat because of difference in temp.
Steam is the only heating media which instantly cracks the temp by reducing pressure. All other
heating media will take time for reducing temp. Because of this inherent property; steam can
caters the different temp more efficiently & uniformly than all other heating media.
Steam is the only heating media where temperature is directly related to pressure and pressure is
inversely related to volume. So, for higher temperature application, Steam has low material cost
& insulation cost and sizable reduction in radiation losses than other heating media (particularly
thermic fluid) for same enthalpy application.
In case of pipe leakage, steam pipeline can be repaired more easily and speedily while in case of
thermic pipeline, whole system has to be evacuated and then only repairing is possible, this is
very time consuming, costly and tedious job.
Steam is the only heating media where supply of heat (steam) is on the basis of back pressure
offered by the system while all other heating media works on return temperature of heating
media.

Hi Tech make fully automatic coil type , Oil / Gas fired vertical
non IBR boiler liberally provided surface area and proper
atomizing of oil / gas and air will provide highest thermal
efficiency . Proper selection of material & thickness renders high
corrosion margin resulting long life of boiler . Incoming water is
passed through economizer to absorb the heat from outgoing
gas. Preheated water is circulated through coil shaped heat
exchanger. more surface area will generate high dryness fraction
to the tune of 0.9 , this will results in extra enthalpy generation
upto 1,00,000 kcal / hr with compare to same capacity of others
boilers.

Thermic Fluid Heating system can be used in all types of Industries, replacing electricity and steam. The Thermic Fluid Heater is an
ideal electricity saver as it consumes only about 5% of electric power as compared to an equivalent electric system. Switching over
from an electrical system to Thermic fluid system means drastic reduction in operating cost and a quick payback period. The Thermic
fluid Heater has been specially designed for coal/agrowast / oil-gas.
Thermic fluid heating system is indirect heating system. Certain fluid has heat carrying capacity, which is being heated in and release
the heat at required points. It is in closed loop system so, there is no loss of energy. for higher temperature application thermic fluid
heating system is the best solution compare to steam. It is slow heating system compare to steam boiler. However, in certain chemical
process slow heating is also one of the parameter.

units.
(2) Thermic fluid used in the system, remains in the liquid phase in the entire operating range of the system.
(3) Thermic fluid is circulated in a closed loop circuit, imparting heat to the user's equipment and returns to the unit for heating and
circulation again.
(4) Thermic fluid temperature is kept low to prevent oxidation and degradation. Expansion due to elevated temperature is taken
care of and vapours and gases are liberated, preventing cavitations in the pump by the specially designed expansion cum
de-aerator tank.
(5) Thermic fluid consists of nest of helical coils housed in a rugged steel shell.
(6) Specially designed with large furnace volume & grate area for good combustion of fuel and sufficient residence time for
thorough mixing of fuel and combustion air.
(7) Provided with an Induced draft / forced draft fan for efficient combustion of fuel.
(8) Provided with sufficient controls, safety interlocks, indicators etc. in a control panel box.
(9) Optional air pre heater for increasing the efficiency.
(10) Multi dust collector /bag filter option to meet the requirement of pollution control board.

Hot Air Generators:
The indirect oil fired hot air generator is of unique designed with multi passes system comprising of a radiation chamber fabricated
out of steel plate connected with furnace. The steel radiation chamber is designed with expansion joint to withstand thermal shock
due to hot & cold condition. The outer shell is fabricated out of plate and Boiler quality tube to form passes of flue gas and for hot air
generation. The entire unit is place on a common base frame. Liberally designed and fabricated H A G to ensure highest fuel efficiency
and low wall temperature. Thus ensure fuel economy and longer unit life throughout the operation. All passes of hot air generator is
easily and quickly accessible for maintenance and repairs. This particulars feature reduces the break down time to a great extent and
increases reliability of the unit. The furnace and other materials are properly selected and sized such that the wall temperature is
much below the safe operating temperature limit. The fresh air layout is carefully and suitably designed to maintain lowest air
pressure drop at rated airflow condition.

Pressure Reducing Station
Multi cyclone dust collector consists of a number of small
diameter cyclones, operating in parallel & having a common gas
inlet & out let. MDC operate on a same principle as cyclone -
creating a main downwards vortex and an ascending inner
vortex.mdc are more efficient than single cyclones because they
are longer and smaller in diameter. The longer length provides
longer residence time while the smaller diameter creates greater
centrifugal force. These two features result in better separation &
dust particulates.

The system : - condensate recovery tank is used to collect the condensate coming from plant via flash vessel which separate
condensate from flash steam. From the receiver tank collected condensate is transfer to pressure pump tank. The collected
condensate in pressure pump tank is pushed to boiler feed water tank through de-areator by using small amount of motive steam.
Steam operated pump is recognized for its quality, durability & versatility. Steam operated pump primarily intended to move
condensate without the use of electricity.

Electricity has certain advantages over fossile fuel like LDO, diesel, FO etc. the advantages are as follow.
(1) Energy input is available at doorstep; no adulteration is possible, completely pure fuel.
(2) Environment friendly, not generating NOX, SO2, CO, etc.
(3) No exhaust, no loss in exhaust, offering highest thermal efficiency.
(4) The only down time in case of electric fired system is failure of heaters, this can be sense easily and can be replaced with almost
negligible time loss. In case of oil/gas fired system it will take time to know the failure and then to repair it. Annual shut down is
must to maintain the efficiency.
(5) This is the only heating media which gives guarantee of uniform temp in material to be heated. This is not possible with oil/gas
fuel.
(6) Though it is not utilizing natural energy like solar, wind, producer gas but it increase system efficiency drastically, so, for small
electric heating system like thermic fluid heater, we call it. "Non conventional energy supply."
(7) You can derate the electric fired boiler to 10% of rated capacity without sizable efficiency loss, which is not possible with fossils
fuel or solid fuel.
(8) Easily movable, only water and steam to be changed. Most suitable for RND purpose.
(9) No sequence of operation which is in case of fossil fuel like ignition, solenoid operation, flame sensing , ignition cut off etc. Only
at the turn of switch the whole system will get operated. This will reduce the down time of boiler drastically.
(10) Reciprocating the system demand very easily. Most suitable for fluctuating system demand and rapid heating & cooling cycle.
