Score Sheet Marks…

Each Judge will be required to subtotal the penalties on each sheet, then total all penalties for the

competition and write it in the upper right hand corner of the score sheet.

This allows for the Auditors to function as a checking unit instead of a scoring unit. This should also

cut down on the number of problems with the scoring marks as in the past.

PERFORMANCE SCORE SHEETS:

“PERFORMANCE” evaluation is based on a rating system of…

“-3”, “-2”, “-1”, “0” (or average), “+1”, “+2”, “+3”,

for each of the categories listed on the Performance Score Sheet.

There are three sections on the Performance Score Sheet which are…

INDIVIDUAL EVENTS

TEAM EVENTS

TEAM EVENTS WITH PROPS

A category rating of “-3” is lowest.

A category rating of “0” is average.

A category rating of “+3” is highest.

All categories must be marked to allow the PERFORMANCE RATING to be computed for each

Competitor.

The numerical rating refers to “Performance Penalties” or “Performance Pluses” valued at 3

points each, i.e.,

“-3” x 3 = “-9 Points”

“+3” x 3 = “+9 Points”

The “PERFORMANCE RATING” is determined by totaling the numerical values within a

section and then totaling the sections.

The comments section is for use by the Performance Judge to record comments for the Team or

Individual Competitor’s benefit.

All “Performance Penalties” (“-3”, “-2”, “-1”) must be documented with specific reasons.
