Schedule• On the next two or three slides, you will write
a schedule of how you should best spend your time after getting home from school.
• Use time frames, like the following examples:6:00- 6:30 a.m. Wake up, wash face, get
dressed.(then continue through your morning to get to
school…) For school, just say:7:40 – 2:25: School (You do not have to detail your school schedule.)
3:00 – 4:00 Take a walk outside/play basketball/ play an outdoor game with a friend.
* Make sure you include at least 6 time frames from throughout your day.
