Final project• Once you have handed

• 2) Plan a healthy menu for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks for 5 days. Be sure to follow the number of servings of healthy food groups in the Canada food guide. Include a grocery list.

• 3)Prepare a power point of at least 8 slides to inform your classmates about healthy eating and importance of fitness.
