OPPORTUNITY

The Head of Diversity and Inclusion will serve as a subject matter expert and liaison to the business

on all matters relating to attracting and retaining diverse talent, as well as creating an inclusive

work culture. This person will tap into best in class research to guide program design,

benchmarking, implementation and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of

project management, and will have an orientation to first principle basics.

Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Diversity and Inclusion will be a strategic advisor that can

impartially challenge and question assumptions. MiQ is a “people-first” organization that prides

itself in believing that anything is possible. Strong candidates will be solutions-oriented, flexible,

open minded, and intellectually curious. All members of the MiQ team are expected to be team

players with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• Proven experience and demonstrated effectiveness leading diversity and inclusion related

initiatives and programs

• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and interface effectively with all levels of the

organization

• Project management skills with a demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience in facilitation/presentation

• Strong, operational, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

• Effective team player who can manage multiple projects and possess a strong knowledge of

diversity metrics and analytics.
