INSTALLATION
Install on LINE side fo r w hen using w ith va riablefrequency drives.
SPAN adjustment is used to set the full-scale of thesensor to ma tch to load b eing monitored. It ma y be setto correlat e the m aximum 20 mA out put to load s from100 TO 300 A. While opera ting ma ximum loa d, me a -
sure sensor output current, adjust SPAN, such that thesensor out put current correlate s to 20 mA (or less, ifdesired, w hen m onitoring f or overcurrent).
NOTE: On low a mp era g e a pplicat ion s (i.e., x < 2A) th emonitored conductor may be looped through t hesensor multiple times to increase measured current.Monitored current = init ially measured current Xnumber of w raps.
