Admin Notes to Parents (Grade 4 – 12)
Dear Parents and students,
Hope you are all staying safe.
Students’ Progress Reports will be available in DC, from tomorrow 10 AM onwards. In case you have
any concerns to clarify, kindly email the relevant teacher and copy the section supervisor and the
section principal (all emails are available on the weekly agenda), you may see on the grade book an
(M) that means that the child has a missing work that he needs to submit, the moment it is submitted
the teacher will enter the mark and the grade will change by no later than Saturday May 16.
Please note that All Teachers will continue to accept Quarter 3 missing/pending assignments of
students, throughout Quarter 4 also. Marks will be updated accordingly Therefore all students &
parents are requested to contact concerned teachers to submit the pending works as soon as
possible. You may contact section supervisors also.
