Ways to increase the foreign income

• Touring nationally to promote the product to the country's travel agencies and tours abroad to participate in international fairs and promote the product. This coupled with other forms of marketing such as:

• Fliers• Brochures • Stickers• Key chains• Pens• Maps

• Journals • Magnets• Bags• Shirts • Everything including the POP

material.

Permission for hotel group

• Of course, as any other company, we also need insurance to avoid legal problems with the government and/or customers.

• As you all know, the hotel is located at the shore. That’s why we need F.E.M.A. In case of any emergency, like hurricane or tsunami, they will aid our us if the property suffers any complication due to a natural disaster.

Subsidies for tourism initiatives

FEDERAL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES• The tax imposed under Section 2051 of the Puerto Rico Internal Revenue

Code, as amended (Code) on the room occupancy at hotels, motels, guesthouses and other types of lodging shall not be applicable when the charge is imposed directly to an agency or instrumentality of the Federal Government.

• When the charge is imposed on Federal Government employees or public officials, it shall be apply as provided under the Code, even when said employees may be able to receive from their respective federal agencies a reimbursement of the tax paid by them.

• This Bulletin complements Informative Bulletin 98-02 issued on April 24, 1998.

• Effective Date: The provisions of this Informative Bulletin will be effective with respect totaxes imposed on or after June 1, 1998.
