• After introducing the HR department in HPGS, they immediate take an action on harassment cases because HPGS faces many cases in the past

ETHICAL ISSUES• In HPGS, there is as such no ethical issue at all.

Because In HPGS one thing that employee most enjoyed is the workforce diversity. So, there is no color discrimination, no one allowed to say anything about anyone’s religion

REWARD SYSTEM IN HPGS• HPGS has a proper reward system in which they have

performance appraisals, appraisals interviews, allowances on good performance and motivational events, such as special awards for teachers and all the staff members, and then they arrange separate event only for the employees, like musical or ghazal night, lunch or dinner and high tea frequently after every 12 months
