As a class, discuss and edit this letter extract from it’s informal tone into a formal one.

Hey mate,

The Oasis is sick! Last time me and my old man went we went down all the slides and stuff and it was so fun! My brother was like, screaming as he went down haha! I bet you’d love it there but its a real shame that they’re closing it and stuff. If I was the boss id keep the place open.

2 - 3 Chilli - convert this informal letter into a formal one.To the holiday people,

I reckon I should write to you because the holiday we had with you was rubbish. When we got there, we had to wait AGES for our caravan to be ready. When it was ready it was chilly and pretty grim. There was green stuff in the sink and everything.

When we went to bed, the bed was well uncomfortable and one of the kids decided to sleep on the floor! Can you imagine that!

When I went to reception the next day, the lady was well rude and I found her really annoying. Please can you fire her.

Anyways, you get the point that I am annoyed with you and you need to fix it.
