Booster pump unit and start panels

The pump station consists of two individually operating pumps, heating coil, filters and a suction tank.For safety reasons, the power supply to the pump station starter panels is taken two separate circuits, one supplying each pump.

ALPHA LUBRICATION SYSTEM(BOOSTER PUMP UNIT/ HEATING TANK UNIT/ LUBRICATORS)

Heating tank unit

Heating unit is to heat lubricating oil. The lubricating oil heated by which heating unit is delivered to main engine cylinder through ME engine type lubricator unit.

The lubricator unit, one for each cylinder, each comprise two lubricator for 98-70bore engines and lubricator for medium and small bore engines. Each lubricator unit is equipped with one accumulator with nitrogen pre-pressure 25-30bar on the inlet side, and one accumulator on the outlet side of each lubricator, with nitrogen pre-pressure 1.5bar.Each lubricator features 3,4,5 or 6 lubricating pistons, depending on engine type, a feedback sensor and a solenoid valve.

hull to detune the natural frequencies likely to occur during normal

operation of the engine The hydraulic top bracing cylinder are

flexible for movements caused by thermal expansion and varieties

of loading conditions of the ship. The standard installation features
