For jobseekers, the application process is unchanged. Applicants apply through an “Apply Now” button on an online job board or an email address in print andOnline. Once they have applied, they are encouraged to

complete and save a skill profile to supplement their application and to make the application process easier in the future.

Advertisers receive an email each time a jobseeker applies, with the applicant’s resume and cover letter attached. All jobseeker responses are also aggregated in
