5. Employees of the Central / State Govt. / Public SectorUndertakings and departmental candidates shouldalso apply through Online. However, their candidatureis subject to fulfillment of the prescribed eligibilitycriteria and on ensuring that they are in possessionof ‘No Objection Certificate’ from their employer andproduce the same at the time of interview.Candidates who do not produce ‘NOC’ at the time ofinterview will not be allowed to appear in interview.

6. Option for the post should be exercised by thecandidates carefully after going through theAdvertisement and keeping in view fulfillment ofeligibil ity criteria, educational qualif ication,experience etc. prescribed for the posts. Option onceexercised shall be final and no change will beallowed under any circumstances.

7. Candidates will have to submit proof that Diploma/Degree/Certificate/Other Testimonials/Institute isapproved/recognized by the Government.

APPLICATION FEE ( Non- Refundable)

All Candidates except SC/ST, PWD/Ex-Servicemanand departmental candidates, applying for any of theaforesaid posts are required to submit APPLICATIONFEE of Rs. 200/ (Rs. Two Hundred only), excludingbank charges. The bank charges, if any in addition tothe above application fee shall be borne by thecandidate.Ex-Servicemen who have already securedemployment in civil side under Central Governmentin Group ‘C’ & ‘D’ posts on regular basis after availingof the benefits of reservation given to Ex-Servicemenfor their re-employment are NOT eligible for feeconcession. The last date for making the Payment ofApplication Fee is 17.09.2015 (17:00 Hrs).The candidates are required to submit ApplicationFee through “SBI-i-Collect option” only with one ofthe following modes-

a) SBI Internet Banking, other major bank’s InternetBanking; Debit/Credit Cards

b) Cash Payment through e-challan at branches of SBI:Candidates have to create e-challan by providingnecessary details as required in SBI, i-Collect optionand necessary application fee in cash should bedeposited in any SBI branch through this e-challan.

c) The application fee is non-refundable, hence;candidates are required to confirm and satisfythemselves about the eligibility criteria etc. beforesubmission of Application Form.IT IS IN THE INTEREST OF THE CANDIDATES TOUSE ONLINE MODE OTHER THAN THE CHALLANMODE TO INSTANTLY COMPLETE THEREGISTRATION PROCESS AND GENERATE THEREGISTERED APPLICATION FORM.

SELECTION PROCESS :

a) Eligible candidates will be required to appear forwritten test (Objective Type Multiple Choice QuestionPaper) comprising Two Section: Part-A- GeneralAwareness, Part-B- Professional Aptitude

b) The language of the test shall be bilingual, i.e. Englishand Hindi.

c) The test shall be conducted by using OMR sheets.Candidates are advised to make themselves wellversed with the use of OMR Sheet.

d) The candidates who qualify in the written test shallbe called for interview as per the criteria decided bythe Management.

e) Visually Handicapped (VH - B, LV) candidates withvisual disabilities of 40% (Forty percent) or abovecan avail the assistance of a Scribe in the WrittenTest. Question Papers and Answer Sheets will notbe provided in Braille. Scribe shall also be providedto the candidates with Locomotor Impairedcandidates having disability in both hands and arms(OH - BA). Compensatory time shall also be providedto the VH as well as Locomotor Impaired candidatesas per extant instructions. The said assistance shallbe provided subject to such request being made inthe Application Form.

f) No attendant of VH / Cerebral Palsy candidates willbe allowed inside the examination premises.Persons with visual Disability of less than 40% (Fortypercent) will not be considered as visuallyhandicapped persons and will not be eligible forassistance of a Scribe.

g) One eyed candidates and partially blind candidateswho are able to read the normal Question Paper setfor all the candidates with or without magnifying glassand who wish to write / indicate the answer with thehelp of Magnifying Glass will be allowed to use theMagnifying Glass in the Examination Hall and willnot be entitled to a Scribe. Such candidates will haveto bring their own magnifying glass.

EXAMINATION CENTRES :

A candidate should select any one of the followingexamination centre while filling the online ApplicationForm.a) Dhanbad b) New Delhic) Bangalore d) Mumbaie) KolkataNo change in centre of examination will be allowedunder any circumstances. Hence, the candidatesshould select the centre carefully and indicate thesame correctly in their applications. However, BCCLreserves the right to cancel any centre or add anynew Centre and ask the candidates of that Centre toappear at another Centre. Company also reservesthe right to divert candidates of any Centre to anyother Centre to appear in the examination.

PRE-REQUISITE FOR MAKING ONLINE APPLICATIONBefore Registering/Submitting online application onthe website, the candidates should follow theinstructions given in advertisement/website andpossess the following:

a) Valid E-Mail ID and Mobile No.: The E-Mail ID andMobile No. entered in the Online Application Formshould remain valid / active until the recruitmentprocess is completed. No change in the E-Mail IDand Mobile No. will be allowed once submitted. Thecandidate himself/herself will be responsible forwrong or expired E-Mail ID & Mobile No.

b) PHOTOGRAPH: One recent coloured passport sizephotograph preferably with white background, notmore than three months old is to be SCANNED ANDUPLOADED in the space earmarked in the OnlineApplication Form. File size of the photograph shouldbe between 20kb-40kb.

c) SIGNATURE: Signature (in Black ink) against whitebackground is to be SCANNED and UPLOADED inthe space earmarked in the Online Application Formand as per the guidelines given on website.Candidates must ensure that the signatures areidentical throughout the Recruitment process at allstages and/or places. If any variation is foundbetween the signatures, the candidature is liable tobe cancelled. Candidates are advised to confirm theiruploaded signature is clearly visible/identifiable atthe appropriate place. File size of signature shouldbe between 10kb-20kb.

b) Candidate will have to fill up the requisite informationlike Candidate’s Name, Gender, Date of Birth,Category, Religion, whether Person is with Disability,whether Departmental employee, Written TestCentre, Post applied for, Educational Qualification,E-mail Id, Mobile Number, Experience,Communication Address, Registration No ofEmployment Exchange, if registered, Declaration, etc.On submission of Details, Candidate will beprompted to check the filled up details and fill/makecorrections if any, otherwise to SUBMIT his/her finaldata.

c) Photograph and Signature are to be up-loaded asper instructions given on the website in the link“Guidelines for scanning the Photograph andSignature”. The image file of Photograph andSignature should be in .JPG or .JPEG format. Therewill be 2 separate links for uploading Photographand Signature. Click on the respective link “UploadPhotograph and Signature”.Online Application Form will not be Accepted/Registered unless the candidate uploads his/herphotograph and signature as specified.

d) After uploading, Candidates have to preview theuploaded images. Here the candidate is advised tosee that, his/her uploaded photograph is clearlyvisible/ identifiable in the appropriate row and thespecimen signature is also visible in appropriatespace. If for any reason uploaded images are not upto the mark then the candidate can upload theseimages again by following the same procedure. Inno case these spaces should be swapped. If thecandidate is satisfied with the uploaded images, he/she may proceed further.

e) Submission of Application: The candidate may reviewall the filled information before clicking on thedeclaration. The candidate should cross check allthe details filled in the Online Application, beforefinally submitting the same, as no correction will bepossible after submission. If a candidate finds thatall the filled in information are correct then he/shecan select the declaration and click on final SUBMITbutton given on page, otherwise EDIT the informationand thereafter click on the SUBMIT button.

Step-2: Payment of Application FeeA. For the candidates Exempted from Application Fee

(SC/ST, PWD, Ex-Serviceman and departmentalcandidates)

a) Once a candidate clicks on SUBMIT button a

‘Registered Application Form’ will be generatedhaving unique Registration Number. Candidates areadvised to take a print of the ‘Registered ApplicationForm’ for their records and future reference. A copy ofthe printed ‘Registered Application Form’ is alsorequired to be sent to Post Box No 9248, KrishnaNagar Head Post Office, Delhi -110051 along withother documents satisfying eligibility of the candidate.

b) Candidates exempted from Application fee will get aRegistration Number as confirmation through SMSand/or E-mail, which can be used along withcombination of Date of Birth to print the RegisteredApplication Form. Thus the process for registrationof Candidates exempted from Application Fee getscompleted. The Registration number along with Dateof Birth can also be used for downloading the AdmitCard 15 (fifteen) days prior to the date of examinationwhich shall also be notified in the designated website(www.bccl.gov.in ). In case the candidate is not ableto take the printout of the Registered Application Formand also does not receive SMS and/or Emailindicating Registration Number, the candidate candownload / access the same by link “Click here toPrint/Reprint Registered Application Form.

B. For the candidates who have to pay Application Fee(Non-Refundable)

1. A link will be provided on the website for paymentwhich would take the candidate to https://www.onlinesbi.com/ after making the PROVISIONALRegistration. The candidate would then follow theinstruction as given on SBI Link to complete thepayment. The candidate can make payment throughInternet banking/ Debit Card (Visa or Masters) / CreditCard (Visa or Masters) / Bank e- Challan. After makingthe payment a Payment Slip will be generated onscreen, the candidates should take the print of thatpayment slip or save for further reference.

2. Candidates who wish to make payment through e-Challan will visit the same link ‘https://www.onlinesbi.com/’ and follow the instructions todownload the e-Challan. The candidate will visit thenearest SBI branch to make cash payment and obtainSBI Collect Reference Number and revisit the onlineportal to furnish the necessary payment details tocomplete the registration process.

3. Candidates who wish to make the payment later onshould click on the link: “Click here to Print/ReprintRegistered Application Form” to make the Paymentof Application Fee if earlier attempt was notsuccessful the candidates should click on “RE-LOGIN” given on the website (www.bccl.gov.in ).

4. It is mandatory to submit the details of SBI CollectReference Number (10 digit alphanumericreference number starting with DU) printed on e-receipt and deposit date again in online portal bylogin through Unique Payment Reference Numberafter making the payment. If a candidate fails tosubmit these details in online portal within due dateafter making the payment, his/her application shallbe treated as INCOMPLETE and summarily berejected.

5. Bank commission charges will be borne by theApplicants. In case the candidate deposits the fee ina wrong account, BCCL will not be responsible.Application Fee deposited after 17.09.2015 (17:00Hrs) will not be valid.

6. Fees once paid will not be refunded under anycircumstances. Candidates are, therefore, requestedto verify their eligibility before applying for any postand payment of Application Fee.Thus the Step-2 of the application process getscompleted. The Registration number so generatedalong with Date of Birth can also be used fordownloading the Admit Card 15 days prior to the dateof examination which shall also be notified in thedesignated website (www.bccl.gov)Cheques, Money Orders, Postal Orders, Pay Orders,Banker’s Cheques, Postal Stamps, Demand Draftsetc., will not be accepted, towards application fee.

Step-3: Dispatch of ‘Registered Application Form’ andsupporting documents to BCCL
