Dull skin or tired skinYour complexion looks radiant when it’s smooth enough to reflect light.

When you’re under 20, your skin cells turn over every 28 days. But by your 20s, turnover slows, and between 30 and 40, that rate slows to every 40 days.

How to repair your skin

> Cleanse your skin with lemon:Benefits: antioxidant, vitamin C, whitening properties and prevents premature ageing.

• Drink a glass of lemon juice to flush out toxins.• Wash your face with lemon juice to reap its antiseptic and anti-inflamatory benefits.• Rub lemon peels on your neck and face to eliminate dark spots.

> Exfoliate your skin with a salt or sugar scrub.

> Cleansing milk: Benefits: milk cleanses and acts like an oil.

• Washing your face with milk every alternative day will make your dull skin disappear and give your skin a beautiful glow.

To avoid further irritation and get your skin back to its glowing best we recommend a facial treatment. Every skin type will need a different type of facial.

For dry skin, opt for a treatment that will cleanse your skin deeply so it will get rid of all of the dry skin cells. For example, a classic facial or Plant Stem cell facial.

For normal to oily skin, choose facials that will help remove excess oils and shrink the pores. For example, Detoxification facials with extraction or Chemical Peels.

For combination skin, choose a facial that will protect the dry tissues and remove excess oils, usually from the T-zone. For example, a mud based facial for the oily zones and a Hydrating gel mask for the dry ones.

To keep on top of this, it is good to have a facial every 4-8 weeks.

> Eat properly: We recommend salmon, flax seeds, cabbage and walnuts. These are fatty acids that boost collagen and increase the formation of cells, helping dull skin and turning your skin into a clear and fair tone.

> Drink water: Drink 8 glasses of water a day to fight fatigue and dull skin. Water reduces toxins from the body and renews the tissue.Water keeps the skin clean and less disease prone.

> Exercise will help you: To make you look and feel good!Exercising will also...• reduce toxins,• help you sleep better,• prevent skin dullness!
